Morning, Pufflings, Airheads, Mugwumps, Tottle P's, and all the ships at sea.

When I grow up, I'm going to become a newbie, and post in the noob forum, and ask for the very BEST tank. Then you can invite me to come to this thread, get enlightenment, wisdom, chuckles, and knowledge. And cats, zombies, barbacues, music and coils.

This was to have been a beach day. Rained out. Will load truck with returnable bottles and cans. Will read, recaulk storm windows taller than your average cobbler,
eat an ample sufficiency of dinnah, and—if I draw down the last of my reserves of energy—collect every last goat egg in the barn. Now you might think I'm dumb as a hake for leaving out the important tasks, like making goose milk cheese, and you might be right.

oh, gran! what a day you shall have ;) i'd gladly give you a hand but, alas, no goat eggs in this barn :?:

instead i shall busy myself tracking down those pipeline ogres who turned our parking lot into a soft meadow with plenty of tall fescue swaying in the wind

Now my Spiriva, next my prostate pill, then my ulcer pill.

Hey, where's the hell my Metamucil?

Ach, the Golden Years. My doctor is current on his Mercedes payments. Medicare, the doctors security program.

It's Dark-thirty here in NM mountains.

Have a g'day y'all.

Good Morning Airhead Buddies!

Sorry about your beach day, Gran. No beach for us, either -- its in the 50s this morning and will struggle to hit 70. Chamber of Commerce weather, it is NOT.

Dodari, I think we have the same doctor - mine's saving up for a world cruise. Won't be long now. He's joined up with the dentist and the possibilities are endless. (Until we run out of teeth.)

LVM, get some sleep - grannies need to be on top of their game at all times. Our little Twincesses are having their first day of Pre-Kindergarten today. Smiles all around (except for the teachers) and lots of pics in new school clothes with backpacks and lunch boxes to match. They are my heart.

Not sure what we will do today - I may just recoil a couple of tanks. Two of my favorite flavors have had the same "LYNN-COIL" in them since 8/20 and are going strong, but I may change them for the heck of it, just because I CAN! By now with the Nautilus minis, I would have thrown away at least 8 nasty coils.
It just doesn't get any better than the GS Ismoka Eleaf tank and coil system. Assisted in service by our very own :wub:Lynn the coiling queen:wub::wub:, of course.

Hi, Nanny. There's always tomorrow. Should be about 80° F. Send the Twincesses to skool, pack a lunch, and come on over...

Not crowded this time of year.

Defender 50 is a magnificently boring mod. Press the power button, and the GS-Tank makes vapor. I recharge it or change batteries every couple of days. How are yours working?

PS- Am starving the medical profession. Last saw a doctor about a dozen years ago.

I may just take you up on that beach offer, bud, that is one gorgeous stretch of sand!
Our Defenders are better than imagined - true workhorses, so far. User error was causing a few misfires the first week or so, but now that the button has become second nature and our thumbs have learned their lessons well, it happens less than a time or two each day. Definitely no more often than with the isticks when the thumb gets lazy! Keep yer thumbs in shape, people!

Same here. At first I thought they weren't always firing when I pressed the button. Learned that the spring is robust, and if I press it...seriously...it always fires. Exercise is essential.

Not exactly a mishap...but did you know that there's an old New England term for a cast iron skillet? Spider, so named for the ones used on top of wood stoves. They had little feet.

Big Enough or you knew they'd get a bigger one than you did. (Grandmother actually)

My Mother is quite religious and only spanked me once.
I was about 8 and was trying to get a kite to fly in hardly any wind in our backyard.
MULTIPLE attempts, no flight and with every try I got more PO'd.
Finally about the umpteenth try, I slammed the kite on the ground and SCREAMED This GD
thing won't fly!...

The sliding screen door opened and Mom stuck her head out and tersely said, What did you say?

Of course, just to be sure she understood, I said, I SAID this GD thing won't Fly!! (I was Really Mad at that kite.)

There was this clap of thunder and bolt of lightning...

My father was military and deeply religious, I learned obedience at a very early age, unfortunately my rear end took quite a while longer to learn.

My oldest daughter will tell me to this day, that I didn't beat her nearly enough. I would tend to agree...
