I don't know why, but it never ceases to amaze me how long the Air coils last.

The only time I had a coil leak was when I was missing the top gasket off the coil on one of my recoils.

I had one get loose in the base and start gurgling bad. Just tightened it up.

Okay had my first attempt at building using a RDA deck and stopped for the day.

This was actually my second coil but it looked nicer than the first one.

I didn't even blow up my mod. I was happy about that.

Don't ask me what size I used to wrap because I've ALREADY forgotten but the wire was 28 gage and I was going for 8 wraps. I think its more but I was concentrating and I forgot to pay attention.

Steam engine says ~7 1/2 wraps at 2.5mm! Nice job there! I may try an RDA one day!

I may have to try an RDA one of these days! Steam engine says 7.25 wraps at 2.5mm. Really nice looking coil you have there!

Thanks y'all. Just practicing on a RDA till I get use to doing it right. Steam engine, that's the site with a calculator? I looked for iPhone apps but so many to choose from!

Sexy tank, ain't it? Might be the ticket with the ECR RBA head. Perhaps the biggest advance the v3 will bring is pushing the v2 down in price. While not as sexy, the v2 seems more utilitarian.

I'm always a little tempted by shinyitis until I put a fresh recoil in one of my GS Air tanks and then the curiosity fades away in a cloud of blissful vape. I truly did expect some thing more than I got with sub-ohm vaping, I wasn't disappointed, just not impressed enough to move to the neighborhood. I guess I'm a dyed in the wool tootle puffer.
