To be honest...I don't know why I posted that!! I must have had a non lucid moment! Sorry folks!!

Eh, but who wants to go back?!?!Hi Gracie!! You know that once you become an airhead there's no going back right? Lol
I don't! I love my GS tanks!! All of them!!Eh, but who wants to go back?!?!![]()
Hi Gracie!Thought it was about time I posted in here since I've only been following it for some months now!
Since the first day I vaped on my GS Air, I have raved about it, and still do to this day....absolutely love them for flavor, ease of use, and overall, just a great lil device.
I was just sitting here refilling my tanks and thinking about how far vaping has come since the last time I gave it a go - 4 years ago. It seemed like filling a carto was such an ordeal. If I had the iStick and the GSAs back then, I probably never would have given up, and saved a ton of money.I don't! I love my GS tanks!! All of them!!

As far as I can tell from looking at all four models, the Air, M, Ms, and Tank, the coil itself doesn't touch the mod on any of them. It touches the afc/base, which in turn touches the mod. All but the Tank have a hole in the afc, so condensate or leakage from the coil can reach the mod. This is usually nil or minimal. The GS-Tank has a solid connector, with no hole in it. Any condensation or minimal leakage sits in the bottom of the afc/base.Maybe a stupid question, but here goes. Does the Eleaf GS Air M have a sealed AFC Base or does the actual coil still touch the 510 connection on the mod/battery?
Thanks, that's exactly what I was thinking! Good thinking! The M is my favorite among the four. Bit of a nuisance to fill, unless you have thin filler caps or needle tip bottles, but trouble free and a fine vape.Think I will order one next week!
So far I'm not all that impressed with the TC coil either. It seems like you have to have the temp way up for it to work. I don't like that. After fiddling with the various incarnations of the gs tank I believe I prefer the original 1.5 coil on the gs air m. The 1.2 and nickel are alright on the new gs tank but I like the taste, the draw, the life span and overall performance of the 1.5. I will relegate the 1.2 to the newest model and continue to use my 1.5 on the m and ms. I just got two new packs from ft in a record time of three weeks.
Okay, I just filled up a tank and put in a fresh TC coil and my first thought is I must not be doing something right. I keep getting "temp protection" message displayed and it won't fire unless the temp is set way up high. Then I switch it back to regular mode and the vape production is terrible. In TC mode, the vape is really warm, more so than I like, when the temp is set so high. The flavor is a bit better, though, I will say that. So, anyone have any suggestions?
VERY well said, sir!! Afternoon my friend!!Looking for word on the 1.2 Cotton coils too...couple folks posted about having them, but no raves I've seen about them.
1.2 is a little low on the ohm scale for me, still like my recoils at 1.5 to 1.8 with rayon. Cotton is very unforgiving if
you scorch it a bit whereas rayon will recover (if not too badly burned) and continue to give a good vape like silica.
The GS Air Tank, for TC, is a beautiful tank, looks fantastic, nice AFC, and easier filling....but capacity is too low.
Like all Air tanks, each new one is two steps forward, one back. Nig-nogs in the designing department!
Recoils are the way to go! If you are unable, a lot of folks here recoil for each other in exchange for goodwill, rhubarb, mint
and flat for round. So don't throw away those coils! Whether you want to be like a tree hugger or cheap and miserly, they
can be reused, we can rebuild them, we have the technology, we have the will!
