Which is preferable and why, the rubber or silicone insulators?

Do tweezers help inserting the insulator? That's the one fiddly part I still don't have down all the way.

In my experience, the silicone insulators tend to rotate a bit at times once installed due to being slicker than the rubber ones.
I prefer the rubber ones, but I'll use either.
I'm not sure if tweezers would help or not. I do know the hole in the base that the wires come out and the insulator goes in vary.
If one insulator is hard to get in, I'll switch to another.

Just try and be very patient. I had the same problem when putting them in and then it's like second nature after you do a couple.

If you plan on dry burning your coils, or even pulsing them a bit to achieve a uniform glow, silicone is better because it's more heat resistant...

I don't know. St Patrick's day and the Irish may have more in common with vaping than we think. We can chase after the "perfect" vape or chase the leprechaun with the pot of gold. Might they both end with the same result?

Being Black Irish, the only thing we ever chased was the liquor truck!

GS Tank TC - Eleaf Istick 40W: Inconsistent draws

I haven't tried the TC coils yet, did order some though. Figure if I don't like them, more rebuild fodder.
