I would love to hear more opinions about the M3M (Melo 3 Mini). I'm looking to dabble in STL TC vaping in the privacy of my own home.

I love the 1.5 coils in the Air - M - MS - and Tank. I don't have much luck with cotton in VV/VW mode, though my only experience with that is in my soon to be retired/sold Nautilus Minis. I can sure ruin a cotton coil right quick.

I know I used to defend the Nautilus Mini but after getting a bunch of Eleaf tanks and adjusting my vaping style, the Nautilus just doesn't have the airflow I want.

So please, and I asked in the Pico thread, comment on the M3M if you have one. This is an Eleaf tank thread after all. :)

There is a very informative video that was posted today in the "Pico Thread" I believe on pg. 56 at the bottom. He thoroughly covered the M3M tank as well as the Pico especially the TC aspect. You may get the answers you need. :)

I watched that 40 minute video and he didn't really say how well the tank vaped as far as airflow and flavor.

If it wasn't for the other thread on here which says the tank lacks in flavor I'd have bought one by now. Someone in the Pico thread said (or I took it as) those comments are most likely coming from people experienced in STL and probably have a few expensive well performing tanks. I on the other hand am a MTL vapor who has just begun dabbling with STL TC with a KOOPOR Plus/Air-M/0.15Ni setup. Definitely not enough airflow.

I suspect I will really enjoy it, just looking for some more opinions.

I'm not experienced with STL or TC... just a straight wattage user, MTL vapor. Of course the airflow can be adjusted but I like a tight draw, not too open.

It is lacking in flavor especially when you first use it. The flavor gets better after a few refills. I will not get another M3M for sure. I did get two boxes of CL coils with it and I haven't used any of them. They will get packed away after I get the GS Tanks.

I only have one box of the 1.5 coils.

I have 28 .75, 20 1.2, and 20 1.5 coils.

And at around 2 months per .75 coil...

Ordered 2 more Istic Basic kits for beginning vaper friends and 20 more coils and 2 extra tanks for them.

Never had a coil that lasted me that long. Two weeks tops. And then I crave a fresh coil.

I agree with Katya. It's hard to tell exactly how long I do get with 9 complete setups going at one time, but based on the fact I bring my only two GS Tanks to work everyday, it's 2 weeks max. That is a guestimate of how long one coil would last if I vaped that coil only.

I moved on from all the coil clogging gourmet tobacco, coffee, etc. juices to simpler flavors. With that I can get 7 - 10 days without thinking depending on the juice. At this point I perform the patented "blow firmly into top of the coil while holding it in a tissue" which cleans out some of the loose gunk built up in the coil. I'll do this about every other tank fill.

From 10-14 days I find myself "priming my vape" more and more. By that I mean I fire the mod and perform a series of pulls and pushes until the "coil" is hot enough and then without letting go of the fire button do my normal MTL vape. I say "coil" because at this point it's really the gunk surrounding the coil which is hot enough to sufficiently vaporize the juice. The older the coil gets the more I have to prime it. My patented cleaning method is leaving darker and darker gunk spots on the tissue.

By two weeks the sorta bad flavor that started around 10 days just gets to be bad. That combined with the fact the airflow is reduced sufficiently means it's time for a new coil.

I also saw a thread on Reddit about the possible health concerns associated with old coils. At a buck fifty a pop it's just not worth stretching them too far.

I just vape the .75 coils at least 6 ml/day thru it on/in an Istick Basic.
I vape my own DIY vanilla custard. No gunk up problems with the .75.
I vape the Istick Basic while out and about and a Subtank Mini while at my desk. Only vaping those 2 tanks lately. Have several more but not using them lately. I get about 2 weeks to a wicking on my STM. I use only the RBA deck. I go thru about 6-9 ml/day thru it.

Noticed several mentions of the GS Tank. Which GS tank are ya'll referring to?

Also, does anyone have a pic of a Pico next to a 20w or 30w iStick?
Here is the GS Tank, Fran:
Eleaf GS Tank
Looks like Rocky Mountain Vapor is out of stock on them.
And you can find pictures to compare here in this thread:
Eleaf iStick "pico"
Sorry, I don't know the exact post number.
Edit - I see Tibs beat me to it. Great tanks!

Lots of talk about the GS tank the last few days. Is it fairly new or just an old favorite that folks are revisiting? I'm assuming it's an old favorite since the Air 2 seems to be the new line. Either way, I must have one. I love eleaf tanks, and that one will look gorgeous sitting atop a Gun Metal Provari. By the way, for anyone not sure about Sweet-Vapes, I ordered a GS Air tank from them and the service and shipping were top notch. I won't hesitate to order the GS tank from them.

GS Air tanks have been around for some time. This thread has been following the "evolution" of the tank.
While the M is the predominant favorite around here, they could have made it easier to fill. The GS Air Tank
took care of that problem and is probably the epitome of the GS Air line. The best thing about the line is the
variety of coils available to suit most vapers. .75, 1.2, 1.5 and TC coils.
Is it the best tank around, no. But when you balance price and performance, it beats the crap out of much
more spendy lines. I got rid of all my other tanks and just use the Air line now.
You're gonna like 'em!
