Mike I bought a few at fasttech. The tank itself looks fine. The base looks fine too but the AFC bottom thingy is too loose and wont stay put. Two ways to overcome this: 1. Use superglue to glue it at the desired spot - that worked really well for me. 2. I figured I could always trade an authentic base for the FT one.
Thanks. Sweet-Vapes has the M for about $10, and if I decide I have to have one of the shorties, I guess FT's clone will have to do. Almost bought one months ago, and now it seems the authentic ones are gone.

I have looked everywhere for MS but cant find any stores that carry them anymore. But I'm buying three from a fellow vaper. :)

If you see any MS for sales let me know please. A girl cant have too many of those.

Edit: right after I posted this I googled the MS again and this came up: Eleaf GS Air-MS (Shorty) 1.5ohm 3ml Dual Coil New Airflow Glass [gv-ELeafGSAir-MS-Shorty-1.5ohm] - $11.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more. It doesnt say "out of stock" but the post is from 2015.

2nd edit: it is out of stock. You have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to see it :(. So dissapointing.

Hey all. I registered just to post on this thread LOL.

I just started vaping a month ago and without reading any reviews I bought a GS Air v2 (the one that comes with iStick Basic). I'm using it with the iStick 30w and loved it from the very first puff. I've already ordered the another GS Air however the 19mm GS Air 2 this time as it is shorter.

That brings me to why I registered to post here. Everyone's talking about the availability. Have you guys tried AliExpress for these? They have almost all the original Air tanks and coils available for very cheap and free shipping. I have already purchased (and got delivered) 10 coil heads for the Air and waiting for my new tank and rebuilding supplies :D

Now I'm concerned that I won't be able to get the cap off of those heads. Initially I was thinking of just using force while having it screwed on the base but now I'm worried that it will kill the threading on the base.

Edit: I'm from Pakistan. Bought the first kit from a local online store but it was too expensive so I turned to China! (A pack of Marlboro analogues cost US$1.2 here so you can see why I'm talking about it being expensive LOL)

Finally after 24 days! Coppervape Tf GT2 A RTA has arrived, been inspected, built, and vaped! Except for the size, the Tootle Puffers would love this one! It has a more restricted air flow than the Ego One Mega, and even seems tighter than the GS-Tank with the wide open settings on both of them! Flavor is good, Holds a Lot of ejuice, not too sure about the frosted glass on the tank, since it makes it hard to see how much is in there, which is kind of important when filling!! I guess I didn't really need it since the Vapocalpyse didn't materialize, and we can still get ejuice, coils, and everything else, just like always! but it is cheap to build! got a 1.93 Ohm Kanthal coil in it right now, and trying it out with organic cotton, will try the Rayon next time I wick it, to see how much better that makes it! Builds pretty much like a CLR coil for the ego one mega, except for the philips screws used to make the contacts!

You bought the horizontal coils - 1.5 ohm I think - right? Those are the ones that are easy to build. The vertical ones can be done but they are more problematic - especially for someone new to rebuilding coils.

The caps on the horizontal coil heads come off pretty easily. I can't see how the threads on the base could be damaged. Getting the unit off the base with the cap off might be a little hard on the fingers if it's screwed in too tight though. Heh. :) Just use a cloth or wedge something between the slots.

Darn, I think Pure Atomist made a mistake on my 30GA SS 316L wire, 10 wraps at 2.5mm should have been 1.5 Ohms, instead it came out to 2.2 Ohms, I think they gave me 32 GA labelled as 30 GA!!! I can still use it on all my mods, just not in TC mode! Darn this wire is soft! Messed up a couple of coils trying to get it installed properly, no strength to it at all! Will have to try 28GA and not use it on the istick 20W.
