Will this work with full VG(Velvetcloud, some are thicker then others) and on a Smoktech VV/VW Ego that goes to 5.0 Volts or 12 Watts? Whats the cheapest/best place to order it and it coils at the moment?

I used high VG home made juice in mine at a very satisfying 8 to 9 watts, so I don't think you will have any problems.
Sweet vapes had a good price on the GS Air and coils. I would shop around and make sure.
And does Bill know you're vaping Hillary? :D

Cheech, really got to thank you for getting me to try rayon! This weekend I needed to rebuild a t3s coil and decided to use it. I didn't expect much, but had a big WOW moment when I first vaped it. Best flavor and vapor I've ever gotten from a t3s. It was blowing clouds! :D If it had a little bit looser draw, it would be almost as good as my GS Airs.

I need to get some 30 gauge kanthal, though. I ended up using 10 wraps of 28 gauge on an 18 gauge needle because that was all I could fit inside that tiny coil housing. It came in at 1.2 ohms, which is the bare minimum reistance my VAMO will take. I've got an MVP 20W and an iStick 30W, but I like to keep my GS Airs on those.

Cheers to you! :vapor:
Do you now own the big box of rayon that will last a lifetime?:p
You're a better coiler (is that a word?) than me getting that many wraps in a T3!
I tried my Mini Pro Tank II while I was cleaning all my Airs, just not the same.
Maybe it's time to see if they will sell in the classifieds.
Like all the choices you have in devices, do you ever ask yourself, "What to vape, What to vape?...eeny, meeney, miney, moe..."

I definitely had to use a contact coil with the wraps squeezed together! :D I agree about the pro tanks. They never quite satisfied me as much as anything else. I'm not sure why, since the t3s uses exactly the same coil. It just tastes and vapes totally different for some reason.

Oh, and now I'm wishing I got that big box of rayon. I just got 15 feet from a seller on eBay, but even that looks like it will last a good long time.

Well thanks to the kindness of a very generous person who frequents this thread, I now have almost everything I need to try a rebuild. I think all I need now is some of that rayon. Where in the world do you think I might come up with some of that stuff...?
:D
Go on ebay. I got 10 ft for about 2.45 shipped. The vape related vendors online are too overpriced. They get it from Sallys Beauty Supply store for $12 for 500ft and then sell it for $1-2 a foot. Rip off!!!!

If you have a Sallys within driving distance, you can get 10ft for about 1.99

Some Sally's not all have a 10 foot bag. Ask for the Old SKU Number the New SKU is cotton. $2.49 a bag here locally. {:{}

Had never heard of Sally's before this thread...I trim my own beard with whatever scissors are handy. Nearest one is about 40 miles from here, so e-bay is cheaper than gas. 40' for $7.50 delivered sounds ok. If my rebuild attempts fail, I'll just pass 39.75 feet on to one or more of you fine coilers. Any suggestions for a kanthal source, and should I start with 28 or 30 guage?

Once you start rebuilding, 40' will be just the start...
Oh, and don't trim your beard with a weed whacker, just a suggestion from my personal experience.

Don't feel bad....I bought 10 lbs of rayon....its enough to make a king size mattress.........:vapor:

I really didn't have a clue about rayon when I bought it, JeremyR in the Rayon thread said it was fantastic....:D...which it is...!

Figured it would be enough to last me the rest of my life....then I found out it will last for five, possibly nine lives.......:p

Trying to recreate that "Gs Air" experience? :D

That's exactly what I was doing! :D And you're not going to believe this, but it's pretty close to the nice loose draw of a GS Air now. Now that I've got this nice rayon wick and the draw that I want, I'm falling in love with these old clearos all over again.
