It's an opportunity to install a nice vanity! You don't hate it no worse than I do!![]()
Not an option unless someone else is buying. It's an opportunity to install a nice vanity!![]()
At least once a day...sometimes more.Have any of you ever got disgusted and said "the heck with it"? That's where I am right now!
someone's gonna be on a building frenzy soon!I forgot to add, both my orders are already on their way! I have tracking for Durall and Temco!![]()
Very true, but, have you ever had one of those days where if someone said that to your face you would be hard pressed not to rip their head off?
Yep but generally I'm like what IMRs posted. I'm an optimist that tries to see good in every day.Very true, but, have you ever had one of those days where if someone said that to your face you would be hard pressed not to rip their head off?
You'll get it done Lynn! I have every bit of faith in you. I'm impressed with what you can do!Yep but generally I'm like what IMRs posted. I'm an optimist that tries to see good in every day.
Ok..the sink. The ........(probably my ex husband) who put that bracket up there only used 2 screws, neither of which went into a "true" stud. Looks more like it was scabbed into it. 2!! To hold up that heavy azzed sink! Although I still wonder if my son won't leaning on it. So..I bought some drywall anchor bolts from Lowe's, installed the anchors then screwed the screws in them with the bracket in place. Now I need someone to help me lift the sink in position over the bracket. I'm going to try and talk a carpenter friend of mine into building me a simple stand to go underneath it. That way, if the screws give way on the bracket, the sink will still stay up. Pray he says yes!
Please keep us updated, now I'm really curious to see how this gets solved by you...Queen of ceiling fans!Yep but generally I'm like what IMRs posted. I'm an optimist that tries to see good in every day.

You bet your **** she will! Not a doubt in my mind. It's done. Just waiting for my son to get back so he can help get the sink in place. I can't lift it by myself. And if my friend won't build the stand for me, I'll ask my next door neighbor to cut the wood for me and I'll build it myself.
I wouldn't depend on drywall anchors to hold a sink up. If I couldn't mount to a stud or add framework in the wall, I would fasten a header to the studs and then fasten the sink to the header.Yep but generally I'm like what IMRs posted. I'm an optimist that tries to see good in every day.
