 Click on it and you'll see an enormous amount of drums and cymbals. :)
Ahh. NOW I can see them (after being told what they are - duh).

Don't think I would have figured it out on my own even if I had clicked on it. "Enormous amount" is certainly an appropriate description.

The 1.2Ω coil is new that is why there aren't many reviews yet. :)

You can pull the comparisons posts (nautilus vs GS Air) from this thread quickly by checking the "search this thread only check box (opinions vary):

I look at TC more as a way to not burn cotton wicks, get dry hits... "safety" then a "flavour" function.
Cheers

Hey thanks for the reply! That's a great way to search for nautilus comparisons, I will do that!

I was just at the local CVS (Longs Drugstore) and also at Walgreens. Looks like all the gauze is made of polyester and rayon - not clear whether it is a blend that is used or layers of distinct materials.

I assume all you rebuilders are using cotton or rayon where the wick comes in direct contact with the coil. However, are any of you at all concerned with using polyester in such close proximity to the coil? I know the surround material doesn't touch the coil, but the surround material must still be exposed to a lot of heat...

I received my cotton coils today but haven't tested it out as of yet. I plan on replacing the coil in my new MS this evening. We'll see how that pans out.

Just when I thought I found my sweet spot with my favorite mod and my favorite tank this temperature control issues comes up. Sure the eVic-VT reminds me of a muscle car from the 70's but do I need one?

Just so I understand, a temperature control device with the nickel or titanium coil will use less battery power, is safer to use, no more gunky coils, no more brown e-juice, a cleaner taste and extended coil life? Is this the direction the industry is going because of regulations?

I ordered my second cool fire too, darn it. The BLS coming from the istick 30 was scary.

P.S. I played a clarinet, a bass clarinet and contra bass clarinet for 12 years but obviously wasn't good enough to keep up with it. :D

I did switch out one of my coils with the new OCC's yesterday. First impressions are that is does vape nice after breaking in, but it is a little warmer vape than the old 1.5 Ohm coils especially when chain vaping. If you prefer a cooler vape you may just want to stick with the original GS Air coils. I am running it at 20W on my IStick 50W and it's settled in at reading 1.3 O's. The flavor on the cotton coils does seem slightly better than the original coils. Just my first impressions after one day of use...

Chemtx, I was also a clarinet player in high school. My parents sold my clarinet when i went away to college, and I haven't touched a clarinet since then....

I still have mine, a wooden Normandy that probably needs a good overhaul; along with sheet music that I apparently stole. Not sure how that got in the case behind the lining. o_O

So what do you think of it? Have you tried Ni or To first? What temp are you using? :pop:
Only tried Ni and I'm at 440F and 50.1W, .26 ohm's.....love this thing!! I didn't get the eVic-VT atomizer with it. I'm using a Smok-GCT that I won here in the 15th million post contest. I've been vaping the same liquid since day before yesterday. Still tastes great! Tonight I'm going to build a coil for the ST Mini and see how it does.

Strange thing happened this morning when unscrewing a GS Air M to fill it.

y-uze1b2yMusPuuVbTJkn7tDFJgT2f6tptSSgkuJ8So=w695-h939-no

Looks like they use a little glue (or something) in an attempt to keep these two parts from separating.

Or maybe it was so it wouldn't leak?

I'm thinking of finding a tiny o-ring or using Teflon tape to keep it from leaking? Any ideas?

Has anyone who has disassembled an M or MS had any issues after reassembling?
