Yay!!! Pyrex would have cracked. How do I know this? Pyrex bowl left on an active burner equaled 14 million pieces when it exploded.
Not necessarily. Still could be pyrex. That bowl self destructed because a small portion of it was super heated and the rest was still room temperature... the two parts expanded at very different rates and caused the glass to fail. That teeny GS Air glass likely heated quite evenly under flame and expanded uniformly... No breaky...

I might try SV. I don't trust anything from FT - had a bad experience. I wish the sites that have the iS40w for a decent price would carry the coils too. Got mine at EcigAvenue but no coils for it there. How does that even makes sense?

the 40watt takes a coil? :?:

They drive me nuts, too. So I've been looking for a good solution and think I've found it. I tried using needle top caps, but the darn things had such a tiny gauge needle that they drove me just as nuts. But yesterday I was browsing at One Stop DIY Shop and found that they sell luer lock bottle caps for $.75:

Colored 1 oz Luer Lock Bottle Cap - One Stop DIY Shop Store, LLC

I ordered 6 of those, then I ordered some 1/2" 18 gauge blunt tip needles, which they have for $.50:

Blunt Tip Needle - One Stop DIY Shop Store, LLC

They also have bottles with the luer lock cap and 18 gauge needle for $1.75. So I bought some of those, too:

Boston Round Bottles with Luer Lock Cap and 18g Needle - One Stop DIY Shop Store, LLC

I should have them in a few days and this will HOPEFULLY solve that problem once and for all. I'm sure juice will go through those needles easily, but if not, I'll just get some 16 or 14 gauge needles and use those.
I picked up some free eliquid samples at madvapes, and the little bottles had little needle like plastic tips that are perfect for putting liquids into the GS Air and GS MS, I don't have an M, but figure its like the MS?

Yep. Identical except for height and juice capacity.

Going on day 3 with my first gs air m and loving it. I came from kanger mpt2/evod and was reluctant to upgrade because I didn't want to consume more juice and/or battery. Seems like I'm not (could be wrong), and in fact, it seems like I'm using less battery (istick30). With the mpt2/evod's I would take the full 10 second draw (7.5-8 watts on 1.8 coils). Now I only need 5 second draws (10 watts 1.5 dual coils) with a better vape and taste, though sometimes I go the distance. If I am using more, it ain't much. So anyone looking to upgrade but reluctant for the same reasons, go ahead and make the switch. Excellent tank. Can't wait for the gs-tank to get here.
Welome to the GS Air fanatic (haha) club, I just joined it myself. Great little tank, like it better than my Nautilus Mini for flavor, and less gurgling as well. Now trying to solve that little issue I have with a little leakage of juice through that vent hole at the bottom into my istick 30W in this high heat and humidity. I tried sticking a little a toothpick as Cheechako suggested, that slowed it down, but the wooden toothpick wicks it eventually, so I might try plastic like someone suggested as well.

That's correct. You'll get about 14.5 watts on a fresh battery with the 1.2 ohm coils... about 8 watts or so before the battery poops out.

Great! Glad you posted a picture of it. I doubt we see such a small subohm capable set up on a daily basis. LOL

I use a .8 coil all day at work and battery has never ever given up on me before days end so for for more than one month. Usually go through 2-3ml juice, refill and recharge in the evening ready to go in am.
When I first got this battery, I tested a .4 dual coil on it and it worked just fine apparently at full power like 25-30 watts.
Freshly charged it is about 4.2V and decreases a little until end of life but in normal use, I do not notice the slight voltage drop.

Thanks for the welcome!
In three days I haven't had any thing on my istick30 with the gs air m except a dot of something right where the hole is.

Just held a high flame lighter under an old Air I had dropped and cracked. Didn't burn, didn't smell, didn't deform after ten seconds of direct high flame. Glass.
I always knew it was glass :p
The Ego ONE 1100mah battery is LESS than half the size of iStick 20/30W
I'm definitely looking into that neat setup already have the GS air MS

How big is that eGo ONE 1100mAh?

Here is a GS Air MS on an iStick 20W Mini.

GS_Air_MS.jpg
The Ego One is 6mm taller, but noticeably skinnier. That said, I still prefer the Mini iStick 20w over it... I vape the GS Air MS at 20 watts and the Ego One is unregulated and can't push that power at a resistance as high as 1.2 ohms.
