I don't understand all of the specifics, but it sure does burn when fully charged. The stated watts/volts seem to have no relation to reality at the lower levels. Using any of my clearos, including Protank 2, nautilus (full sized) or Davides in either bcc or bvc mode. Never had that problem on an MVP or a VV v3. Mine now lives in the bottom of my parts drawer as a backup to my backups.

That is because they use MEAN instead of RMS which will throw way to much power at lower voltage. The industry as turned away from MEAN a long time ago.

That is the only reason PBusardo gave it a thumbs down.
