Haha! I like to wait out the hype myself as tech improves, prices drop and the beta testers post reviews. I just received a cloupor cana for $60. It's a nice vape and an improvement on my mvp2 and svd. But I guess that situates me somewhere in June.

All hype aside, I think this new generation of regulated mods -- high end and small form factor -- are going to be the future.

Without a doubt. I believe that the era of big and heavy tube mods is coming to an end. Those tiny ergonomically designed boxes will rule the vaping world. Just look at the success of iStick--everybody is buying it, warts and "Eleaf volts" notwithstanding.

I'm also very excited about Evolv's DNA 40--with step down and temperature regulation. This may change the way vape altogether.

This is indeed the golden age of vaping. Let's hope that the FDA doesn't put an end to it all...

I still have not picked up a high wattage devise. I'm still happily vaping on my Reo Woodvils. I have been tempted to pick up an iStick (not high wattage, but only $30) but I am REALLY interested in reading/watch all the reviews on the box mods with the DNA40 chip.

Hey Kayla -- love the mask, saw Occy with one as well! Ming is REALLY jealous! He wants one too. One of these days I'll educate myself and develop my boys some wardrobe for all holidays!

thanks for the input guys! really? u think thats pricey? well for online maybe, but from the local shops in Toronto, that's actually one of the cheaper stores for most things. Like the iStick is $50, 30ml juices are $10. Its just easier to go to a store, look at different things, staff are helpful, and get it right away. and usually US is cheaper since there are more options.

So last question ( ill try to keep my word lol) , then ill stop bugging u guys The ProTank does not have adjustable airflow right? and how do u think that would work with the iStick? im leaning towards the ProTank cause its almost 20$ cheaper than the Nautilus Mini, and has the dual coil atomizer head that you mentioned! and is 510 threaded so it would work with the iStick.

is that cloupor cana same as the DNA 30? i was looking at that too, thinking the main benefit would having the replaceable battery and carrying around 2, or when the battery dies you don't need to replace it all. How do you like it though? dammit too many options! lol

oh and also, since i have a VV battery now, havent got to played with a VW, but been told with VW, you dont need to worry about voltage right? you just change the watts and it changes the voltage automatically?

If you don't already own a ProTank 3, don't buy it. Get an Aerotank--don't get the mega or a giant--the regular size Aerotank is perfect. And don't get the mini!

I thought, mistakenly, that you already had a PT3. PT3 is a prototype--an Aerotank without air control.

Yes, Sir. You can run it in either mode--pick one, only one--the other will follow according to the Ohm's Law.

I used to run with protanks with upgraded bases that provided better airflow. Even so, they're not even in the ballpark with the nautilus mini. I ended up giving all my protanks away.

It's a clone of the Hana Modz made by Cloupor. There are a few others: the hotcig brand on fasttech and the KSD brand on Focalecig. The hotcigs are a real lottery in terms of build quality and chip performance so I'd avoid those. The KSDs have decent reviews and they offer a mini version that I'm thinking about. The Cloupor model clone has a cloned DNA 30 chip that works pretty well now that all the kinks are worked out. It's very nice for $60.

You can carry and extra battery or just charge it from a usb port--while vaping!

Your Aspire BDC will work fine on the istick (if you have the 510 ego connector). If you aren't using the BVC coils for your tank, I would recommend using them. (not the nautilus bvc, the bvc replacement coils) IMHO, the vape experience of your tank will be very different, the flavor will be better and I think they produce better vapor. The BVCs can also withstand (and actually seem to prefer) higher wattage, so you should get any dry hits, or burnt taste.

you can also drill out the holes on the aspire bdc too...1/16th bit.

for me I "hit" harder..the bdc's were a bit "burney" on the iStick. I prefer the bigger clearos, Kanger V2 or Nautilus tanks.

it'll run a dripper though..

there's another out there were you could replace the battery if you wanted to I suppose youd' better be good at soldering though.

But at $30 bucks or so..I'd just get another. (they've gone up too by 4 or 5 bucks from when we first got them..due to popularity no doubt..thanks y'all!)
