I'm used to a regular ecig.. you know the kind that only goes up to 8 watts with a 510 connection for use with CE5 type clearomizers. My ecig died which i've used since 2010 and I ran out of clearomizers so my wife brought me this nasty thing that masquerades as an ecig.

I don't know if there is fan inside but the vape feels forced. The opening is way too big for any practical purpose unless the makers are trying to kill you. It gives a volcano plume thats aims to choke you to death it does Not give a Puff.

I want Your suggestions on how to hit this thing before I send it back to the company. I want the ecig experience i'm used to, not this new way to kill yourself.

Is there a way to make this thing do that.. to get a puff and not a plume?

( someone tell me who this Idiot was that decided we needed 80 to 100 watts to hit an ecig when 8 watts worked just fine.. I'll find him and string him up )

See, the thing is, not everyone is satisfied with 8 watts on a 2.2ohm coil in a CE4. Some people prefer that 100 watt vape. The beauty of it is, YOU can customize the experience through selection of different gear.

Ranting about a piece of kit because it doesn't exactly match your style of vaping when there are literally thousands of kits in the market is just silly.

To solve your dilemma, simply get a different tank for the mod... something like an Innokin Zlide or Aspire Nautilus ought to do the trick. Or, you can get an adapter (ego to 510) and run your clearomizers on it. The battery life running that mod at 8 watts with a 21700 battery would be astounding.

Pretty frustrated!
What tank on top?
What coils(resistance)?
I have no idea because I unlike my old rig, couldn't buy this unit based on the atomizer size.. I got whatever atomizer it came with.. I'll see if it's listed. It says it's a either a single 0.2 ohm or dual 0.3 ohm amomizer ( I don't know which is on the unit but there is one of each with the kit) My go to was a 3.0 ohm coil.

You can buy just about any Atomizer you like with a 510 pin on it. Why not just get one that is for MTL

This eleaf uses an 18650. Now you see talking to these local ecig stores is a Big problem. None of them KNOW about the old type of ecigs that use clearomizers nor do they know anything about low watage vaping. I know, I've asked each one of them about 8 in my area. I tell them I want the experience I'm used to explain my old rig and they look at me like deer in the headlights. No one would suggest any other atomizer than what comes with the unit as you did. But that still doesn't help me because I want to deal with local people and not have to reply on the internet now that we actually have brick and mortar stores. About the battery life, My Lava Tube VV Mod that died lasted 4 whole days on one charge before recharging at 8 watts and the 18650. To me this is perfectly normal.

I looked at these stores locally for several weeks. You see I got so frustrated with these local guys and I told my wife I wash my hands of this whole mess, just go pick one and if I don't like it i'll just send it back.. I was tired of trying to beat a dead horse. Now I have the problem of finding a local ecig retailer who actually knows about those atomizers you are talking about so I can discuss the ins and outs in real time and test them if possible..

I have read about Mouth to Lung atomizers before I went looking for a new ecig - None of them knew what I was talking about. It doesn't have to have a 510 connection because I cannot buy my 510 CE5 clearomizers in 3.0 ohms anymore.

The Pico 25 like most mods has a threaded 510 connector on it. Most Atomizers have 510 pins on them

It might have a 510 inside but the way this atomizer is made I cannot take the tank off to get to it without all the ejuice leaking out ! They screw on from the top center leaving the outer tank to contain the liquid with just a compression tightness.. you loosen the tank and poof, no more juice - What good is that? As it is i'm gonna have to go buy a syringe with a needle to reclaim my juice if I decide I need to return this for a refund. Bad Bad stupid design.

The entire tank unscrews. you are not unscrewing the base just the upper part of the tank. Remove it by unscrewing the base from the mod

Most kits sold these days - and there are some good exceptions, give you a decent mod, with a not so decent tank. If you are a mtl vaper, throw the included ello tank into your backup box and purchase either an Innokin Zenith tank, Innokin Zlide tank or an Aspire Nautilus 2s :thumb:

All of these will give you flavour, a lot less airflow and can be vaped mtl

Only way I found I can hit this without choking is to turn the wattage down to 12 watts and close the airflow almost down to nothing.
It won't work. These coils(I assume you have the Ello tank)are meant for 40-80 watt.I gave you two good suggestions earlier..

Most shops will order what you are wanting if asked, they will even carry the coils if asked respectfully. Most of them use Midwest Vape Supply. Just look on that site and find what you're needing and ask to have it ordered in. Be prepared to pay shop prices.
