If the laws were actually based on safety, cigs would have been illegal a long time ago. Nobody has ever died from emphysema, lung diseases, or cancer caused by ..........

If e-cigs are unsafe because they deliver nicotine...then why are they still allowing patches, gum, and tobacco to be sold?
