Good afternoon. I'd like to relay to the forums my experience with ElectroNicStix.com. I'm very new to vaping and the reason I want to make these comments has something to do what makes good business in my opinion. The chance for a business to really shine is when something goes wrong. How do they handle a customer if there is an error or if the customer is not satisfied.
In my case there was an error. I had ordere a Joye EGo T 1000 mAh passthrough kit (type B). This was to be my first progression beyond my initial little 808 batteries. I was very excited about this but I was in full research mode as well. The order got mixed up or something and they sent me the wrong kit. Smaller batteries, not passthrough, type A. It was the standard kit, but it was very nice and showed up at my house quickly...4 business days, I think, total. I resisted the temptation just to vape it, and shot "support" an email.
I sent that email over the weekend, on a Saturday, and was addresses by someone named Jason within hours. He was out of town in California at the time and their store is in Utah. He assured me that he would look into it as soon as he got back. He did so on Monday at about 930 am CST. That is less than 2 business hours in case anyone is counting...I was counting. Not to mention the fact that he was answering support issues from his mobile device over the weekend.
I had mentioned in one of our emails that I was doing some research and wouldn't mind just going straight to store credit instead of getting my original order. That was not a problem. He gave me the go ahead to ship the eGo back (*sob*), which I did. He gave me his number, and I called him on the phone. Within another few days here I am with my "black chrome" Silver Bullet.....just cuz I wanted to.
I'm officially a dripper now, as I got my first leak yesterday.
This company gets a big thumbs up from me.
