Airport security has gotten so they are pretty familiar with vaping gear. I travel a few times a year, and have never had any problems. Eliquids in 30ml bottles, in zip lock bags, batteries in battery boxes, in carry ons only; never in checked bags. You won't have any problems.

I put my eliquids in separate little zippies before putting them in the big ziplock. The pressure can cause leaks.
Last time I flew out of LaGuardia, I got pulled over and they were looking pretty hard at my stuff. I thought for sure they were going to snag some vape gear. Nope. I forgot I had a bottle of water in my bag. lol
