Hi, I'm including a few pics in case it's my build that is causing this issue. Although I don't think I'm doing anything dif then I was a couple weeks ago. But it seems like a lot a eliquid is pooling and even dripping down.

Maybe I'm not squanking right, but like I said, I don't think I'm doing anything dif then a couple weeks ago. I've only had Reo about a month.

Thanks for tossing advice or ideas at me.

Make sure the RM2 is tightened down firmly against the o-ring.

Sometimes juice might come out of the airhole and drip down. I have had that happen when I squonked and sat the REO down tilted to the side.

Try to vape till almost a dry coil before sitting it down.

Check the tightness of your bottle cap. Sometimes if too tight the juice won't go back in the bottle after you squonk.

Its most likely associated with your bottle o-ring. Try replacing it if you have a spare. Also, don't over-tighten your bottle.
It won't hurt to give your REO a good bath and run some hot water through the works.
I have this problem from time to time and these tactics work for me.
When you take your old o-ring out, wash it thoroughly in hot water--seems to somewhat shrink them back into shape.
Good luck!:)

Thanks all. Yes, oring seems to be in fairly good shape in catch cup, but then again, that could be a factor. Sometimes I see just a smidgins juice come out air hole, but mostly it just pools under rm2. Maybe I'll try to find a slightly thicker oring. I'll also try the hot bath to oring. Reo gets it's warm bath weekly, so washing the oring with it is no biggie. Maybe I am being a little forceful on the squanking too. Maybe trying to soak entire surface of rm2 instead of just where juice is needed (coil and wick)

Plus one for greatestunknown. I have serious auto squonking in the summer, even with 100% vg. Gotta burn most of it off before setting it down, and I swear sometimes it's a ml! I do use a small oring on the cap threads which cuts the leakage down. On those units I sanded the cap so the coil still lines up.
Sorry for the inverted pic. Either I am stupid or my iPad is. I have a suspicion...

I run into this every once in a while, with a tight atty on a solid o-ring in the cup. I don't use the bottle o-ring and have a very tight seal bottle to tube. I have tried to figure out why this happens some times and not others and after around 10 months and 2 Reos in rotation during that time, I cannot find what causes this. I wish it would never happen, but since it only happens occasionally and then goes away with no rhyme or reason, I have learned to just deal with it. If you figure it out, please let us know. Thanks.

Warm weather certainly makes sense. It first started happening on my trip to Phoenix last week. I'm Back home in Houston now and very warm here too. I would never ever leave it in car or even outside. Never know what kind of trouble an unattended reo could get into :)

But my trip to the desert also reminded me of another thing. Clouds were not as big as they are here in humid Houston.

LOL - Swamp vaping vs. desert vaping. I notice the difference when I go home to Houston from Central TX to visit.

The leaking was only getting worst. I was getting so fed up with eliquid dripping down my REO I was ready to toss it out (jk) I wasn't squoking too much. In fact many mornings I would wake up go to kitchen where I keep it and there was I mess of juice on the side and top. I didn't mind cleaning it, but I hate wasting juice, ya know !? So I went to Lowes, plumbing section of store and got a REAL rubber seal, gasket, oring... What ever you want to call it. And viola !! No more leaking !! This oring is about 3 times as think as the one REO sends with the RM2. I like my REO again! Except the magnets seem to be kind of... Not so strong any more. One fell off (only had it a few months) but a dab of glue set it in its place. But none of them seem as strong as when it was new.

You might have reversed the polarity of the magnets when you reinstalled ?

Hmmm... Phoenix... it's warm there in the summer? :)

Wife and I have a place there and I find the "cup runneth over" issue happens more often there. Ditto with the relatively thin vapor compared to the high humidity coast. You want to see dense clouds? Vancouver in November, baby.

I keep hearing about auto feeding..but I've never had the problem. And I live in Phoenix. Since I'm always carrying 2 Reos with me whenever I go into a store or something I leave one in the car...tucked away out of view of course. Still, have never had a mess.

I do get some pooling under the rm2 sometimes, but usually when I don't realize the battery is dying and my brain tells me that if I'm not getting a good vape that i should squonk more...

Stooping brain...

Thanks,
Geo
