Hopefully he will be putting the goodies in everyone's order, but I am eagerly awaiting for this shipment to come in (along with my recent order from PureSmoker)...it's like Christmas!

I got this on 3/1/09:

Just a quick update!
The shipment of eliquids has finished production and will be shipped
This week (to him!). Once in, orders will begin processing out to customers.
You should have you eliquid soon,
And thank you for your patience in this matter

So his order will ship this week....if it's coming from China, he probably won't get it til next week...then ship out to us. We'll most likely have waited a month to get our orders!

Looks like he updated his web page and says it will start shipping on 3/14 ( was 3/9) with this info
*Do to the large size of eLiquid shipment, U.S. Customs has delayed delivery by a few days, but has assured me that there is no problem with the paperwork, which includes Taxes & Duty on this shipment. If there are any furthur problems with delivery, you will be notified individually. All shipments will begin no later than this Friday. Thank you for your patience, as this is a very large shipment, and processing is being done as fast as possible!
Hope the juice is worth the wait.

I just wanted to apologize for the time you have had to wait for your order. I understand it has been frustrating, as I too have been working hard to get this order to you as quickly as possible. I have just talked with the owner of the company that produces the E-Liquid, and they explained some of the difficulties currently happening in this industry, and how it may affect all future sales.
As you are probably aware, the Electronic Cigarette is a device that has not required FDA approval, provided it is not sold for smoking cessation. There has been a lot of controversy lately about whether or not it should fall under the FDA umbrella or not. Dealerships in China have been shut down, due to the improper “CE” and “ROHS” guidelines, which are China’s version of our countries 9002 manufacturing certifications. In the United States, all products which are ingested must follow strict guidelines in order to be manufactured and sold. The CE and ROHS are China’s equivalent.
This is a large part of the reason that this shipment has taken as long as it has. (The Bulk Special Order Sale ended two weeks ago this Sunday). I have had to make sure that the E-Liquid that you receive is from a certified manufacturer that upholds all the right standards. Believe me, there are a lot that do not.
That being said, I have just received word that the shipment is in Customs and should be released today or tomorrow sometime. Once it arrives, I will begin immediately shipping the products out to you and the other customers. Please bear with me while I complete these orders. There are a lot of them, and I want to get all of your orders done as quickly as possible, but correct as well.

So they haven't even been released from customs yet. He still has to get them, package and ship. Really, I've never seen anything like this :mad:

LOL, yeah that about sums up my concerns perfectly!! on the 11th I get a message saying that he is expecting the shipment via ups that afternoon. On the 13th I get "I have just received word that the shipment is in Customs and should be released today or tomorrow".....
I start getting real nervous when someone seems to be trying so hard to tell me what they think I want to hear..

Personally, the wait isn't all that bothersome for me. It was clear that he didn't have the stock on hand and that he was placing an order to cover the orders we made. I also figured that there was a good chance it'd get slowed down in customs given that it was no doubt going to be a very large order.

Frankly, I suspected that he was being overly optimistic in terms of when he'd actually receive the shipment in light of the customs issues that have been reported of late.

My bottom line is that I don't mind waiting for a few more weeks . . . but after that, he needs to start offering refunds to those who no longer want to wait. I hope he doesn't have all of his money tied up in this shipment in case things go south.

No, I'm not particularly nice . . . just a realist. I knew that there would likely be delays with the shipment. Not much he can do about it at this point. :|

But I understand that not everyone has the same tolerance level that I do. :oops:

I think it depends on what position you are in also. I mean, I have a lot of other juice....so in that aspect, I can wait. On the other hand, if I did need other juice, I also have the extra funds to buy it. I really would hate to be in a postion where I didn't have much juice left and was relying on this order...and that I really didn't have other money to spend meanwhile. That would suck! :mad:

What about those who don't already have "a stash"?
