I think it depends on what position you are in also. I mean, I have a lot of other juice....so in that aspect, I can wait. On the other hand, if I did need other juice, I also have the extra funds to buy it. I really would hate to be in a postion where I didn't have much juice left and was relying on this order...and that I really didn't have other money to spend meanwhile. That would suck! :mad:

What about those who don't already have "a stash"?

I'm ok with the juice supply I have now...my other outstanding order is with TW UK...which I am already expecting to take a bit longer. The subject in question is based on a "customer service" perspective.Whether Healthysmokeshop.com was prepared to send these orders out is moot to me now...I can honestly say I would not order from them again! Unless their juice was extremly kick-a#$! I do feel for those who have orders out with a limited supply of juice and funds to buy more..hope this is resolved soon!:)The Wiz!

I agree that those without a stash and who were seriously relying on this e-liquid being delivered in a timely manner are in a not so great position right now. I really feel for anyone in this situation. I know that in my first week of e-smoking, I was using liquid at a frightening rate, and I got very, very nervous about the possibility of running out. Accordingly, I have perhaps gone overboard in building my stash. I suspect that many are attempting to build their stash with this purchase.

As for whether I would order from this supplier again, well, I suppose that depends. If the e-liquid is good, then I probably would.

Basically, he was upfront about not having the stock in hand. He was also honest in saying that it would take longer to satisfy the larger orders. I had no problem with either of these since I figured I was paying at such a steep discount.

Where he's fallen down is in not anticipating delays both from the manufacturer and then from customs. That doesn't suggest bad faith or much of anything other than perhaps inexperience.

So while I might not be all that excited about placing a bulk order with him if he doesn't have it on hand, I'd probably order from him again if I liked the e-liquid and if I knew he had it in stock.

Now, if the e-liquids get seized by customs, then, no, I'll not be ordering from him again . . . and I'll be sincerely hoping that I get a refund.

I'm prepared to adopt a wait and see approach here. But, then, I'm not low on e-liquids, so I can afford to be generous. I know that not everyone is in that situation.

I wrote him an email back, and told him if I don't have the order by next week, I want a refund.
He wrote me back that that was fine.

I was under the impression he received the juice last week, and orders would be send out last monday.

Well yeh, it was last Monday....then this past Friday...and now, last he wrote, he didn't even have the shipment in hand. He was waiting for its release from customs. So God knows when we'll actually see it :mad:

The ONLY reason I'm not cancelling is because I ordered flavors I would buy from David Yang in larger quantity if I knew I liked them first. This was an easy way to find that out. Or....not so easy! :p

Lu....as I've said before I am sure it was the variety of flavors which drew so many folks in........price too! I would imagine he ordered MASS quanities to fill these orders..so it's no surprise that customs has this shipment. Again I can afford to wait(like Justjulie),but unfortunatly I have a low patience level. I do believe that Patrick did say,or e-mail,that there was going to be an "extra" shipped with these orders,whatever that me be.So here's looking at another exciting week!Cheers!:)The Wiz!

I have received most of the order & items are shipping!
Please be just give me a little time to process these orders,

as there are a few hundred of them, and it is just me.
Not to mention, because of people not looking at the site to check,
I have to stop every 10 minutes or so to email people or refund orders, etc.

I do understand everyone wants their order! I do!
And I am sorry for the wait. I was made a lot of promises too!
So if you just try to give me a few more days, your order will be at your doorstep!

Patrick I understand.....I think everyone is stressed today with the pile-up going on at Puresmoker..lol..I think having YOU here on the forum...giving us updates on shipping would/will be a good thing..nobody wants to cancel their orders I'm sure(myself included),prices were very good,and the selection also! I think we just want somthing to show for the money we already paid with......I will try to extend my patience..and further posts, in order for you to work on getting these orders out to myself and the other members here that ordered from you!
