Does anyone know of a good additive that achieves this? I like the effect it had on my cinnamon at 10% so I tried 5% in some jamaican rum for the same feel, but it didn't work?
Also, is their a 'general' rule of thumb for lemon juice? Is it generally better in fruit flavors?
