Empty USPS package from V4L: What is customer support from V4L going to do?

On Jan 16th I ordered 20 packs of red energy (4mg). I received an e-mail on the 18th that the items had been ship.

On Jan 20th I received an envelope from V4L via USPS. The USPS envelope from V4L was completely empty except a copy of the invoice, not even one package of red energy or anything else was in that envelope.


The same day, Jan 20th around 3pm EST I opened a support ticket explaining the problem. It is now the 24th and I have not heard from anyone at V4L.

I don’t know about anyone else here but I can’t afford to be paying people over $155 for empty USPS envelopes.

What is V4L going to do about this issue?

Yikes! Was the envelope a USPS envelope with a clear window? If it was, that could mean the package was damaged (meaning package came open probably in the sorting machine, or via handling, and juice lost) but USPS still has to deliver what is left to the address. We get envelopes like that at least once a year at work.

I know that does not help you out. It seems V4L has a great following, and they should respond soon.

Thank you everyone for offering your input and suggestions.

I am trying to see if the V4L people from this forum will respond or if they will respond to my ticket that I opened. If not I will be forced to call them (which I really shouldn't have to go through all these steps).

For the record: I have been analog free since April 2010 (almost 2 years). Most of that time I have been a loyal customer of V4L. I have had a few mix ups in the past in my orders and V4L has corrected it very quickly though this is the first time in which I have ended up with a completely empty package/shipment.

I waited very patiently for V4L to restock the red energy 4mg stock - I spent weeks using stuff I didn't like that much. Finally V4L got the 4mg red energy in stock - I ordered it only to find that the package showed up empty on top of which I am almost out of the junk I didn't like that much before.

They probably got into the office an hour ago. As keyzy said, we did have a pretty bad snow storm here on Friday and many work places, including V4L closed early for the safety of the employees - so I think they probably are playing catch-up. I wouldn't be too concerned as I'm sure you'll get a response very soon one way or another.
