I want to throw my two cents into the shipping concerns.

Placed an order on the 6th, got a tracking number pretty quickly - but the order didn't actually ship until 2 days later.

Placed an order two nights ago, got a tracking number the next day. USPS says "Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office".

Yeah my replacement order for the WoW vapor watermelon says the same thing.

Also there is still no update to my tracking info for my order with the OMG VV on it. My mail man said they had gotten a bunch of packages in late today so I am hoping it is in there. he said it was weird for them to get packages as late in the day as this, so with that info I am hoping my order is in there. it would make sense being that the tracking is all screwed up. If it don't show up tomorrow it will have been 1 week(7 days) since I placed the order.

Well my order showed up today! Finally! But again there was a error. A bottle of juice was missing AGAIN from my order. That is now 3 orders in a row that has had either something missing or something wrong. Plus it was juice for my friend, so i'm going to have fun explaining that to him. Either way I am very happy my order is here and I have only messed with the OMG VV a little bit, I Do like the OMG VV. It seems to be solid, and it seems to work well. But like I said i have only been using it for.......huh the puff counter reset its self. Yeah so I have been using it for about 20 minutes. One thing I noticed(which will be in a quick review I'ma throw up here in a little bit) is the voltage seems to be lower than what the screen says. Now all my VV devices use PWM. PWM makes the voltage seem higher than it is. So if this doesn't use PWM than it should be right on. Wish I had a meter, but I will leave all that info for Mr. Morandir to get and give out.

I share your frustration with incorrectly picked orders Dirtay. It seems to be a trend over the last six months at least (you can see this.by looking over threads). This is another scenario where it has been mentioned more than once, but no real statement acknowledging the issue nor any attempts to remedy it have been communicated to us.. I ended up having to find more reliable alternatives. As stated in other posts I've made on this topic, I do sincerely hope they figure it out...

I agree in my orders it seemed that juice was almost always the thing that was incorrect or missing. I also noticed, though this may be a coincidence, that it always seemed to affect a line item that was preceded by a line item with a quantity > 1. (In other words, if I ordered just one of everything, it was more likely to be correct than if i ordered 2 tanks followed by 1 juice, for example. No idea why this would be but it was a very apparent pattern for my orders at least.) Perhaps it has to do with where things are located relative to eachother in the pick/pack area?

Irritated. Checked the tracking number today - it looks like what I ordered on Monday night didn't 'ship' out until Wednesday at 11pm.

Either someone at V4L is slacking, or someone at the Post Office is slacking.

This is the second time in a row this has happened:
Day 1: Order placed
Day 2: Tracking number received
Day 3: Order actually shipped

I can understand getting busy, which explains when it takes an extra day or so to actually ship, but am hoping some sort of cross checking can be implemented to help reduce error. At my job we actually have several people that touch each package, and at least two people sign off before it leaves. This can certainly add a little time, but the savings in reships and customer goodwill more than pay for it..
