End cap color

I've just recently attached my black extension cap to my satin black Provari, and noticed the color of the cap and Provari are different shades of black. The end cap is a darker black, where as the Pro is more a lighter charcoal black. Anyone else notice this? I really wish the Provari was the darker black like the end cap.

Can't imagine there's much that can be done about this, but am curious if other folks notice the color difference?

Same here, just a shade off. Its more that the endcap is slightly glossier on mine. Its not enough that anyone would notice but me so I havent worried about it.

Just kidding! I fully understand that 21% of the posts here deal with the aesthetics of your PV. That's what hobbies are all about.

Long as it works, I'm happy. And, I have two for backups. Alittle more than .... about things working, don't give a damn what they look like. JMHO

Ha, yeah I too am more concerned about function over form.. but that doesn't mean I don't like things to look good I'm very ..../OCD about my stuff, I've tried to fight it, but it gets me every time. I'm fine with the colors though, was just curious if this is a common issue with the Provari and end caps. Guess I'll just have to grab a silver satin Pro and end cap to see if they match

In the grand scheme of things it really is a non issue, if this is the worst problem I have I'm doing OK.

My feeling is the Provari is the Best! I have one and LOVE IT! But...the cap and device should match! This is not a $50 Lava Tube, so when you pay the big bucks, perfection should be expected! Just saying!

My two match perfectly also (silver & black). But I swap them sometimes anyway so I'm not sure it would bother me all that much if they weren't exact. vape trumps Looks (for me).

same here, with a grey satin provari v2.

the extended cap definitely shows a different nuance of color (or perhaps a different texture of the satin finish, difficult to tell) than the body of the provari v2. it ain't that different, but enough that you can notice it.

I got mine on Wednesday, satin black and the end cap matches 100%.......

Well I'm over it for the most part hardly use the cap anyway. Like the stainless orig. cap better anyway. Glad it isn't like that for everyone

I don't blame you. I truly love both colors. My wife uses one and me the other. I drive her nuts because I'll switch either whole units or just the end caps once per week, or so. Keeps 'em "Fresh", if you know what I mean.

Like I said though, drives her nuts. Which probably contributes to why I do it.

Not sure where the Lookwb came from at the end of my message... hmm, disregard that bit of nonsense. Anyway, I've pretty much decided to pick up the silver mini on payday, so I'm blaming you when my girlfriend leaves me for buying another PV . I've purchased waaaay too much vape gear in the last month, it's getting out of hand haha!

It's nice your wife is on board with vaping. My lady was never a smoker (thank god) and doesn't vape, but I drive her just as crazy talking about all my vaping toys
