Hey all,

Over the holidays, my Wife and I were discussing how much I was involved in the community, and perhaps that the involvement itself in ECF (and pif more specifically) was the causation of my ecig usage. To test the theory I walked away from my account, and from this site in general. Several weeks later, I have had no issues, or relapses (though I am getting awfully bored of my flavors) - so no my PV is here to stay, and I really can say that I am a non-smoker!! I missed you all very much, because although I have friends around me, you all really have become my family and peer support group. Thanks for everything that you do and are, and I am back BAY BEE! ;-)

Matthew... It's really funny that you should post this, as I just had a similar conversation with Mrs. Ciego. She asked me last night if I thought I was vaping more because of my participation in ECF. We figured out though, that my nicotine intake is actually much lower than when i smoked analogs, and that if I vape often, it's because there are so many great flavors to try out there. When I started vaping, I was pretty consistent at around 18 mg./liter strength; now I'm ordering juices at 12 mg. or lower, although it seems I always have a PV at hand.

I think these people around here, particularly in PIF are pretty terrific. There _is_ a lot of support here. This support isn't limited to matters related to vaping and/or giving up the ciggies. It's true caring for the welfare and happiness of other participants. Yes, it feels like a family. Wlecome back.
