I’ve bought the endura T1811 vape within the last three works and was working fine until the last couple of days. I’ve never had this brand before but I know the basics about vaping. I can’t get a puff out of the vape. The vape is fully charged , coil is fine and vape juice in the tank. I click it three times it wont turn on , I hold it and the buttons flash white. Not sure how to get it to work in order for me to be able to take a puff. I’ve looked up why this has happened and have tried most things like charging it of course, securing the coil properly and nothing will work

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Clean the connection on the battery as well as on the tank (which is actually part of the coil, not really the tank like on most tanks). If that doesn't work...

Change the coil head. Even if it's new, the coil head may be defective.

If neither of the above work I would say you have a failed/defective kit. Try to return to vendor if possible. If not then contact Innokin at support@innokin.com

to ECF Mazzy. So glad that you are here and I hope you have your problem resolved. Was it just a dud coil? Enquiring minds what to know. heehee There are bound to be times when there will be issues and that is why it is so important to have backup(s) to help you get along while you are trying to figure it all out. My family and friends are glad I have lots of backups. Good luck to you.
