first of all merry christmas to Matt and everyone.
just a question, since i would be getting my first pipe in like 3 weeks, how do you think our pipes would fare against other mods out there such as the reos or silver bullets at 3.7v?

I had a ProVari; but when I have had an epipemod for a couple of weeks , I sold the Provari, and never missed it.

I have a bombshell at 3.7v and I cant even use it compared to my epipemod. Way too weak even with a 306lr. Now that being said I have an ego I find to work basically the same as my epipemod. It hits really good to me, I dont know what the deal is. I definitely prefer my epipemod with the empire drip shield and lr306 atty. Thats where I get the best performance of everything Ive tried which is the Megab, Ego-t, Mega DC. I do use the Mega DC on my driving pipe though and it works great, just not as good as with the lr306.
I'm thinking of getting the empire shield as well, does any 306 drip tip work with the empire drip shield?
Ya know, I cant be sure because I only have the lr306 that goodsense vapor sells and some smoktech lr306 and both are fine but Ive not tested others. Any one else tested some lr306's with the empire?

It's, well, WTF happened? That is the strangest crack i've ever seen.
The wood also looks swollen. I may have to fill that crack. I don't think it's possible to clamp it back together.
That is actually the second pipe I've gotten back in the last week with swollen cracks.
The other was a dragon that is so saturated it looks like it had been left out in the rain!

Sorry for the late reply. I've been stuck at family with no internet for the holidays. Almost shot myself from boredom. Anyway, what had happened was.... Amy stuck it in her purse and put something on top of it, so the button was held down for 15 minutes straight. It was a regular mega atomizer and the coil didn't blow. We smelled a distinct burning plastic smell however. May have been 30 minutes now that I think about it. By the time we caught it, it was so hot it burned us to touch it. don't tell her I told you this. She's really embarrassed. Anyway, if you can't fix the crack that's fine. she just wants it working.
Did you cook the battery Data? Sounds like the battery heated up the wood and cracked it.
Wow, thats super crazy although I can easily see how that could happen. Mental note to self, dont accidently hit the button for 30 minutes plus. I hope it gets working again for you.
On a side note, my Christmas package arrived today, thanks so much Matt. Two amazing pipes and two new juices. But thats not all, either (A) You had trouble reading my order (which I doubt) and put the wrong stuff in the box (B) You had my box sitting under your juice shelf and a bird flew through the room and knocked some bottles off the shelf and they landed perfectly in my box while you were not looking or, (C) You placed some bonus items in the box for me out of the kindness of your heart thus completing my collection of all of your juices.
Im gonna guess C! If you do indeed have a bird flying through the shop problem please let me know, I have some things I need to send back to you.

I'm not sure where an abscess tooth ranks next to a kidney stone but WOW!
I've been in an AMAZING amount of pain for the last two days.
Anyway I'm better now
to answer a few questions-
The 306/ Dripshield combo requires a Universal from Cherryvape. The Universal then takes a 510 drip tip.
so 306 drip tips probably won't work with a drip shield.
It is ePipeMods policy to keep animals out of the Juice Room
However a hoard of Jolly Christmas elves did invade the office Christmas week.
Any losses that were incurred were instructed to be considered "Christmas Cheer".
That's all I can say about that.
Data- I'll do my best with it.

I've gotten a 306 to work with a drip shield and an 'XL' delrin drip tip, but it didn't work very well. If you're a 306 fan definitely invest in the Universal.
I have used a drip shield with an XL delrin 306 drip tip but hated the draw so I quit using the shield. Since I got the universal, I'm started using the drip shield again and am having no problems with the draw. I definitely recommend the universal, with an epipe stem of course
Any estimate on when you'll have some basic Apples and Eggs available, Matt?
It's going to be at least a couple weeks.
I've got a lot of catching up to do with custom orders.
