Epower from CCV.. how do I put the gold plated spring?

Epower from CCV.. how do I put the gold plated spring in? I'm using a boge 2.0 lr and its giving me those flashing lights.. I thought they were supposed to work fine with 2.0?

...take a crochet hook, hemostats or any other tool to reach into the batt tube, snag the spring and pull it out...now take the new spring and work it into tube, fat end first, a hemostat or looooong, narrow, needle, nosed pliers will help wonders here...get spring worked down into tube...oriented correctly...place batt in tube and press down until spring kinda "snaps" into place...connect to switch and vape...at least that is how I did mine.....................

Yeah madjacks advice is good. To get the spring out I straightened out a paperclip and then hooked the very end of it. Reach down and hook around the spring and pull out. Then do exactly what madjack said to put the new one in. Also I stretched my gold one slightly even though they are already slightly longer and stiffer. Then you know its making a good connection with the stock batteries and the 2 mm shorter 14650 Hi-drain batteries

The epower series have a removable bottom cap. Use something long and tap the base where the spring is and the bottom cap will pop off. Then install the spring onto the bottom cap and put the cap back on the battery tube with a couple taps on a soft surface.

Huh, I never noticed that cap before. I thought it was just one piece.

It's a tight pressfit cap that pops on the bottom of the battery sleeve casing for the 14650 and 18650, the new ego-epower now has a bottom that unscrews and battery is loaded/unloaded that way now on the new design.
