Last 2 orders, ordered vanilla ejuice--got it in 7 days. Ordered 125 carts of vanilla fully atomized carts for a price of 2 bucks a piece for bulk ordering--ordered it on march 6 got it today on march 13.
Can also report that so far all 3 batteries that they replaced are holding up admirably. These people have gone the (extra mile) in my case. even so far as to include a little gift-the pocket holder for an ecig.
I dunno, but I love their product. One cart lasts me a day or slightly less(because I top it off with ejuice).. And the vapor hit is awesome. And thanks to someone on this forum that said to use the paper clip to slide down the side and let the juice get to the bottom. Man ,, that makes it even better.
I am gonna try the 401 when the DW cools down and lets me spend again
But I would be surprised if it is gonna out do the Eaze Magnum with the 77mm length. Just an awesome draw.
And people, I live on the west coast and don`t have any affiliation with epuffer. Oh, and fyi, the ejuice from puresmoker arrived in 7 days also.
Just saying that I think it is a little early to dismiss epuffer. Seems they have had a turnover in staff? And for the better.
Like I stated on other posts, business is only as good as the people behind it and so if you must contact someone--it would be Lisa Green-647-476-6020. Got that number from paypal, but havent had to use it myself.
I do confess that I did make a "policically incorrect comment to that company" .. When I said that she was a sweetheart for actually phoning me and correcting the situation vis-a-vis the dead batteries.
Thing is folks!! That little gal did come thru. good batteries, no problems.
And now,there is probably no doubt, that little gal is gonna want to kill me for giving out this info.
Or she will continue to prove her "mettle" and get on with making the company good again in the eyes of the skeptics??
