They still haven't responded to any of my emails, but I did get a replacement for the model that just didn't seem to work for anyone (Elite Penstyle). They sent me an Elite Mini. Its model is a 903 which I know looks just like the 901 (shorter than the 901b/4075). I noted on their website a mention that it was "new" as opposed to the old Mini. I've had this one for a day and it has been working great. Smoother draw than my 4075 and it did seem to produce more smoke.

I've heard good reviews of their Magnum, so not all the products are bad, though I still disagree with their prices.

**What really impressed me, though, was that as I read the manual it listed warranties for all of the parts. I believe it was 6 months for the batteries/atomizer, 1 year for the charger, and 3 months for accessories. That's acTually pretty good in my book. The Penstyle I purchased 2-3 months ago did not have these warranties and there is nothing like this in the manual for my 4075 from PureSmoker.com (though I do love PureSmoker)

Not so bad if you can get them to read your emails about warranty repairs :D

The smaller companies charge you a lot less for a lot more. No RMA, no restocking fees, and products that work.

I dont have time for this. Ordered an EAZE Magnum, it took 30 days, large battery is dead, they want me to send it back, and ahhh, not worth talking about. I ll take the loss and move on.

I canceled the order when it was marked backorder and before i could say boo, it was marked shipped.
