I don't know if this has been covered, and wouldn't even know how to search for it, but, like many smokers I CAN NOT poop, deficate, #2 without a cigarette. I don't know if it's the smoke itself, or the chemicals that trigger that response. If it's the nicotine than all should be well, but, if it's the smoke itself I'm afraid I'll have trouble using the restroom, LOL...

Anyone have any insight on this?

If you overdo the nic, espeically if you've reduced your levels then use something a bit higher than normal, you get the opposite issue - trust me...

(On a serious note I have to say once you level out on nic things settle down - drinking more water, which you should be doing now anyway, will also help a LOT)

if you use glycerine (i added a good amount to my eliquid bottles), glycerine can be used as a laxative.

now, i'm not being 100% scientific with this, and i only started vaping recently. but i used to have common digestive problems/not being able to go sometimes or just horrible gas building up to where my stomache would swell...a lot. it hurt.

i have not in fact had that problem, and i have to say. i think this may end up being a majorrrr pro to vaping for me :). we shall see

Perhaps adding some bulk (high fiber food, fresh fruit and veggies) some high antioxident juices and LOTS of water will help your poor body adjust to it's fight to cleanse itself, no pun intended. Poor digestion can be very harmful, indeed, not to laugh at, in fact makes it hard to laugh  but in truth NO ONE drinks enough water or eats enough fiber. Make it a daily goal to drink at least 6 8oz glasses of H2O, watch your sugar and carb intake. Coffee, teas, soft drinks, ale's and beer, can all be dehydrating. Compensate!

Appreciate the advice, and it's likely warranted, but, as I've stated here or elsewhere, it's not neccessarily that I CAN'T go, but, smokes help the process along (Pun)

I'm sure I could adjust my diet, and that's probably something to consider regardless, but, if I need to GO in an instant, smokes do the job!
