One recommendation only. If you disassemble the springs like you did on your video, it would be even better if you sand them a little on both of their sides before you put them back

Your mod will be scratched when placed in the bottom of the tank with out using a basket. It is also harmful to the cleaner to put objects on the bottom of the tank. Either use a basket or suspend with wire or something similar.
I don't really get those issues. Im always polishing the mod after sonic cleaning so it removes any previous hand hairline scratches. As I said in video polishing is another segment or video be like 2 hours long.
Bishopheals, it will damage your cleaner. You really need to use a basket to protect both the mod and sonic cleaner

He is using Lyman Turbo Sonic solution in the video. A good cleaner for sure.
A simple home brew of Dawn liquid dish soap and 5% white vinegar works well also. Be careful of how much vinegar while cleaning brass and o-rings as too much can be trouble.

why specificly Dawn liquid dish soap? I'm not in the US and of course this brand is totally unknown to me

If it's good enough for oil covered ducks and penguins and stuff it's good enough for my GG's. Seriously though I had a friend that worked for a high end auto detailer that swore by Dawn. I've used it ever since for most any cleaning situation.

thats why i don't use home remedies. I like my 2 and half caps and that sht will leave brass, copper, ss looking better than brand new squeaky clean. Then a nice polish and wax afterwards BOOOyAAAAAAA

Funny note the first time I tried Dawn in my sonic cleaner I tried about a nickel sized drop and walked away from it. I came back about 5 minutes later to bubbles all over the counter.
