It's not ment to be a sweetener but it is used in small amounts to thicken and add body and wettness to a mix. It has the added benefit of enhancing sweetness in an already sweet flavor but does not add sweetness. I recommend using no more then .5% in a mix. If your looking to add sweetness use sweetener (Sacarlos) at .5 to 1%.

I've been meaning to ask - what is "Sacarlos"? When I google it, I come up with nothing (other than Spanish). I guess you mean sucralose, but don't want to miss out on a non-sucralose sweetener option.

EM has a major "claim to fame" that is NOT beneficial. It kills/lessens/mutes/dulls flavor - sometimes substantially. And vaping it can effect the taste buds the same way (for hours).

We don't feel that it "enhances sweetness" at all (although the taste of cotton candy may cause a difference in perception) - it dulls sweetness to us. Of course, that's just our own taste perception.

Wethinks you should do yourself a 'huge learning favor'...take any single flavor at any percentage you enjoy vaping it, and make five small bottles. Add EM to all but one...at .25%, .5% 1% and 2.5% - shake 'em good and let 'em sit for a few days - and then taste them (starting with the one without, because the EM can dull your taste buds). Then you'll k-n-o-w know for yourself a lot more than most know about EM.

Em will round out sharp notes in any juice. But it does so at the expense of dulling overall flavor. I fully advocate side by side analysis for you own personal mixing both with and without EM. I rarely ever use it. Some instances where I might is a homemade coffee extract that has sharp (or even rarely bitter) notes I want to diminish, or mixes that mimic alcohol flavors like rum, or burbon. Even then it might just be a couple drops in 30ml of finished juice.

Spelling was never my strong suit but you are correct.
