Eventhough it's been a week without it, I am tempted to light one up.

Just like if I was seeking for more. Aarghh.. To reach the limit, the top.
And it is not because I don't have enough nicotine from vaping, I am using 1,8 strenght and when I stop vaping, I am feeling full, like if I chewed 3 nicorettes gums. I am good for at least 20 minutes.
I know some vapers are using both. That's not what I want. I don't want any of the .... coming out of combustion. I do put some tobacco in my weed once per night, could it be what is recalling me for a smoke ?

You could try 24mg if you think you need more nic

Other than that -

If your equipment isn't hot enough or not giving a big enough drag, consider a bif PV that can use the hotter LR cartomizers/attys

If your juices don't have enough hit, use close to 100% PG and if necessary higher nic, at least when you have an urge

Pay attention to how different flavors make you feel. Some new vapers cannot vape food flavors without getting analog cravings as if they had just eaten. Some new vapers are fine on food flavors but tobaccos flavors make them want a cigarette. And some can vape anything right away. It tool me two months and an equipment upgrade before I could vape food flavors alone. Some people just haven't found their juices yet - they ones with flavor/aroma/hit that makes them go ahhh. I must have tried every tobacco flavor before I tried what I thought was least likely - a Turkish blend (like FreedomSMokeUSA Desert Ship) but many think that aroma smells like a freshly opened pack of smokes and it worked for me (I wasn't allowed to vape that on in the car or at work though - it is nutty and a bit pungent, like fresh tobacco)

After a week I was tempted to light up also. Instead, I went to the 24 mg nicotine and found that took away my crave. I have been off of analogs for a month now and recently went back down to the 18 mg nicotine. No more crave! I will stick with this mg and when I feel ready, go to the 12 mg. If that doesn't work, back to the 18mg. Play around with the strength, it may help you as it did me. Good luck!

If I'm understanding you, you're saying you are vaping 18mg juice, and 18 is a lot, so you couldn't possibly need more nic?

If so, I have to disagree. I vape 24 mg as my normal vape, and that wasn't enough to get me off the cigs. Now I'm using 24mg most of the day, but I'm drip vaping some 30mg juice when I get cravings (which is mostly after eating.)

As soon as I started drip vaping the 30mg juice, I was able to stop. I had already been vaping for about 2.5 months, but was still smoking. Then I upped the nic level (not all the time, but for dealing with cravings) and was able to quit.

18mg isn't a particularly high level.

I started off on 36 mg and after after 10 days am now down to 30 mg. Weed...welcome to the world of addictive personalities. I was told by the Vets here that the first 2 weeks would be the worst...A's usual they were right. I haven't had an analog in 10 days but that's my choice. If someone chooses to cut down on thier analogs or completely quit that's thier choice. The beauty of this "program" is there's no pressure to quit...it's all up to the individual and is not a competition IMHO.

I do the same as some others here.

I quit smoking about three months ago, started at 24mg then cut to 18 and am now at 9mg. I make my own juice so I have a small bottle of my all-day vape (and a couple others) at 18mg and usually drip a couple of drops of the 18mg if I feel the need.

When I cut from 24mg to 18 my juice intake went up for about four days - when I cut from 18mg to 9mg my juice use went up and stayed up for two weeks but is beginning to settle down now. 18mg to 9mg was probably a little too big a step down for me.

But - I'm not smoking analogs and that's the most important thing.
