Oh-oh. I too have a son that's been known to do that from time to time. We eventually put up a little cabin for him to come to and.......hibernate in when he needed to. I dunno, seemed like the thing to do at the time.

I'm wishing I hadn't scaled down to a smaller house and garden right now, but I did so maybe I'll have to stick him in the garden shed lol I couldn't love him more than I do but it's difficult when they come back home all growed up!

I understand exactly where you're coming from, Alisanne. We have a tiny house and when it was apparent that our son would be making these........extended visits to us, we decided to put up the cabin. He learned of our plans and offered to help pay for the cabin but I said no--no need for you to chip in on our Guest Cabin(hint, hint)

I never get to turn wood on my lath always metal . I want to work with wood but can never find the time these days

Yep I am spoiled when it comes to burnables my property is loaded with red oak some maple and white birch and beach

I've never tried metal. And I can believe you're too busy these days! I don't even make mods and I haven't had time to turn.

I wish we had stands of our own wood, but we have logs delivered then deal with them.
