I recently bought several modems on evil-bay as backups. One of them had the smoked-around-a-lot-a-long-time-ago smell. It is actually slower than the others.......

I used to be a Dell contractor, Ive seen a lot of this. Two retired smokers living in a small house, yellow tar paint on the walls and enough air freshener to choke an elephant. Makes you want to put on a hazmat suit
