Let me introduce myself, I'm a noob.
I am considering buying a bag to use when charging... The whole battery thing freaks me out, but not discouraged me from buying a VAMO V3.
The charging bag seems like a good idea. Place the batts on the charger. Put the charger in the bag. Plug in to the wall.
Am I over analyzing the lack of venting? Do any of you use such a thing? Is it a waste of money?
And lastly, what are the chances that I develop OCD by opening the bag every few minutes to check if the batteries have charger?

The bags are not totally sealed, there is a vent space left at the flap closure to allow controlled venting. After charging your batteries several times you will be able to judge how long they take to charge & can then estimate when to check them.
