Most of you have realized the increasing turnaround times and we have been aware of it more than anybody. From our meager beginnings when we were able to turn (mediocre) product out in the same day, now has increased in up to a 48 hour processing time.
I have hired my friend Michelle who will be helping us with shipping, stocking, making sure mixing bottles are full, preparing Priority Mail boxes, etc.
And a lot of of you have already (e-) met my wife Ramilya on the Live Help feature. I have begun training her in mixing, and yes, mixing the way that I do, so there won't be any compromise in the quality you've come to expect from us.
In late May, early June we will be moving from Hayward to new digs in Oakland and upgrading from our small two bedroom hopefully to a more massive 3 bedroom apartment to accommodate all of this new growth. It is VERY important to us that your product get turned around in at LEAST 24 hour time, so we're making the necessary adjustments to make sure this is the case, and in the very near future.
Ramilya has done a phenomenal job at learning how to mix and to my surprise, we've been able to churn out a LOT more product. She will begin with Tasty Vapor full-time beginning February, so you should be talking with her a great deal on Live Help, so that I can address the abundance of e-mail pouring into my account.
