As far as feature set, other than the ability to upgrade firmware, there is little of use that separates the two. Both have VV and VW, resistance, battery and voltage display options and both use the same tube thread and dimensions so both can be configured as a mini just as easily.

I have been playing around with the variable wattage (RVW) profiles on the eVic, and they work pretty good even with my rudimentary understanding.
Some fluids give you different tastes at different wattages, so why not get both in the same vapor draw?

So far I've just been using alternating heat pulses, but I've barely scratched the surface with what it can do. You have the potential to adjust the heat output, through the entire draw, to get the most out of an individual juice.

I thought this was just a gimmick at first, but after playing with it for the past couple days, it works surprisingly well.

Please don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing the Evic, I was just trying to correct what I viewed as misstatements.

Regarding the RVW, I'm glad your palate is sensitive enough to really use this function. For myself, I found it kludgy, limited and while fun playing with it, it didn't enhance my vape experience. I also vape several juices throughout the day and would tire quickly of changing profiles every couple of hours. I put it in the really neat concept, but nothing I'll use category, but some people love that feature.

I also see that they have a revision coming out to screw the head assembly together instead of using a press fit. This should help with a lot of the issues where the head comes apart. Now if they would widen the well to accept T3's, Evods and the bottom ring on a protank, it'd be a hands down winner in my book.

My opinion is that the Evic and Anyvape CVI are both good systems, and depending on what features are more important to you either one is a good choice. For myself being an almost exclusive user of Kanger T3, EVOD and Protank's the ability to use without adaptors over weighed the additional feature set of the Evic which I wouldn't use, but it was a tough choice for me to make.

I had the CVI V2 few weeks ago and even if I loved him (just because it looks great), I would not recommend to buy it. Every shop in germany had problems because of angry customers. The auality was very poor and every second device had to be repaired...

The eVic is also not the "best" quality but there are mostly no great problems.

I use mt3 kangers on my evic all the time. Why can't you?
Edit: with out adapters.
I'm happy to hear you're one of the lucky ones that have good luck with T3's on their evic.

ECF has many posts where people have trouble with the T3's on EVIC's. Others post that theirs work fine.
Most can get it going by fiddling with the posts for better connection, but I figured why waste the time kludging something together when the CVI has seems to have better compatibility. None of my Kanger products have needed any fiddling to work with my CVI, and I haven't seen a trend of problem posts like I have with the EVIC.

If you like your evic..that's great, but it's not the only choice out there, just as "get a Provari" isn't the answer to ALL questions. It's great that there are so many good choices out there and some may like one of the other PV's better. I know for a fact I do.

Hmmm I thought it was just me. I just went through most of my T3's and so far 1 out of 3 will be detected.
Maybe the center pin isn't making contact?

I'm gonna put the center pin out a bit on one that isn't working and find out.

-- a bit later:
Yup! pulling and reseating the center pin did the trick.

--Shortly after taking a draw:

Bleech! I picked one that was flooding. LOL!

I totally didn't see that they made other fun colors  Thanks for the tip! The screen is what makes me want the evic :3 Just wish there was a way to change the color to match the body color I choose, ugh so much to consider Haha

And if you want to get REALLY creative, several companies make skins for the eVic. I have a wood-grain skin on my eVic form J-Wraps, and it looks AWESOME.

As for performance, I love my eVic. It vapes nice, looks REALLY cool, has some very sophisticated features, and decent battery life...
