So which SS wire works well in the vtc? I'm gonna give SS a go after Ti, still kinda don't wanna go with Ni

It's it easy to go back and forth between updates? I'll probably just use the latest at first and see how I like it. Can't wait, ordered last night and shipped this morning. Can't come soon enough.Joytech is really on the ball when it comes to releasing firmware -- very nice! I went for the 1.3 version since I prefer the old style screen layout. Been using it in SS mode with a Smok VTC tank and the A1-S coils (0.4ohm version). Working wonderfully.
yup fairly easy,i did go back and forth several times testing a fix for my anemic vape issues beforeIt's it easy to go back and forth between updates? I'll probably just use the latest at first and see how I like it. Can't wait, ordered last night and shipped this morning. Can't come soon enough.

well uhm tahts what i am doing now, hehehehehNow that they've included the early v1.03 in the update zip... wanna try again?
Yeah the new layout is a bit more cramped since they tried to squeeze everything in tighter. I prefer the bigger fonts on the previous layout showing the resistance - although it's great they're pumping out updates quickly. I've not had any issues with mine since day one but hopefully it cures the problems some folks are experiencing with their devices. Options to choose a particular layout would be nice indeed. Thanks for posting a screenshot of the new display layout. Not sure if I like the new layout yet, looks a lot busier than the older version. The older layout looks a little more clean and spaced better. Im glad they are at least giving us a choice. I wonder if future firmware updates will include 2 files from now on, one for the "old" style layout and one for the new one.
soOk, I'm new to vaping - I want to try a temp control device (I dont like cool vapor), so I am looking into all this (and a bit -ok a lot- confused).
I've only bought one tank so far the nautilus mini. When reading about the temp control mods they say I need ti or ni coils. So then I started looking into that.
Now you guys are talking about stainless steel.
First - normal coils - are they ss? If not, is that something new? Can it be used with temp control? Can you use them with temp control OR vv/vw? Is it only possible to use them with the evic vtc mini? Is it because of the 2.0 firmware upgrade.
I guess I'm asking you to slow it all down a little and explain the basics to me when it comes to TC.
I started vaping about 3 weeks ago. My mig cig 21 (cigalike ish) isnt enough, so I want to go to a box mod. I think I like the evic vtc 60w mini. But I am not understanding the stainless steel aspect of what you all are referring to
