Anyway to diagnose the problem?

It seems it would either have to be an issue with the coils I'm building, the base w/ the 2 o-rings, or the main piece. I get leaking to the battery connector, AND leaking out the mouthpiece. NOT condensation, I mean LEAKING LEAKING.

It is happening to BOTH of my EVODS.

They are BOTH used daily, since mid-April (4+ months) , with about 2-3ml of juice going through them daily.

Both bases still have their o-rings on, but could the o rings be warped, thus causing issues?

Does the plastic inside the evods get warped over time perhaps?

Anyone else have these issues?

Did you run any plastic killer liquids through them? By accident?

I recently discovered a new plastic killer to add to the list. After three tanks of it my T3s was seeping more and more... When I took it apart and gave the tube a good cleaning I found all sorts of cracks in the plastic where it meets the metal at the bottom. Give 'em a good looking over.

Well, I just found 2 cracks in one of the evods that I inspected.....that's certainly it. Glad I at least know it wasnt my coils :)

I'm gonna check the other evod, I bet there will be cracks in that one too :(

Well there's a real Yay! Boo! for ya. :(

My T3s lasted all the way from... March? What did it in was a new shipment from MBV. I check "the list" for any new liquids listed as tank crackers and Tidal Wave isn't on that list. But it has a mint in it and it has a lemon in it and three tanks later I had problems so... Oh well, gave me an excuse to break out another ProTank for now.

ETA: You do know about the general list? => http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/clearomizers/219179-lets-make-list-juices-flavors-crack-tanks-ce2s-clearos-40.html

I have only had my Evod for about 3 months and it is still working fine. Though I am wondering, for the long term, how the plastic holds up to being heated and cooled repeatedly. I know they don't get "hot" but they do warm and cool over and over, which in most cases is detrimental to plastic. That may just be the life expectancy of these little devices. Then again it's not like they are expensive anyway. I think I paid $6.15 for mine, so if they only last 4 months that is about $1.54 per month averaged out.
