And I'm well aware of the amp limitation of the BB, but even 5.5V and 3A is 16.5W theoretically. Yes it will be hard to have 2 ohm-ish setup wtih 28awg but I do have some Diver and Sophia builds with 28awg micro coils that are about 1.2 ohms that I use in tanks.

There is substantially more room in these heads than inside the Diver's ceramic cup. My most common horizontal build is a 30ga 12 wrap micro-coil. You can also run a vertical build, that works very, very well, but is trickier to get right. There is no need for NR legs with a micro coil, and really no need with a spaced coil provided you're careful with dry burns and have snipped off the very top of the connection gasket.
Vaping that 12 wrapper at 5.5v and blowing clouds on my screen. So right at 14 watts here.
Stock coils one would run at lower wattages FWIW.
I make my coils such that when I want to clean them, I just pull out the cotton, rinse, and dry burn the naked coil. Because the connection gasket has been snipped off at the top, the gasket is slightly recessed below the cup and is protected by distance and a drop or so of juice (water when cleaning) that naturally collects in the space above the gasket. I've been using the same gaskets for months.
Just a matter of sliding a new cotton wick into the cleaned coil. Of course this can be done with the factory coil if one is not in the mood to make a new coil.
It also depends on your coil position. When I was using 28 gauge, that was a vertical coil. Yeah, horizontal would be really hard. The diver, having that ceramic cup, would be harder to have a vertical coil, but the ARO heads actually have quite a bit of room inside them. I don't ever remember going below about 1.6 to 1.8ish, even using 28 gauge. The coils were probably much larger in diameter too, than most people build. I was using 4-40 and then 5-40 machine thread bolts to wrap my coils.

Hmmmmm ... Yes well ... About that "sewing" thing! Took a little sewing class one summer ... 6th grade I believe ... Most used item that was purchased for my cute little sewing box ... A SEAM RIPPER thingy! Ripped out more seams than I sewed in! LOLOLOL!
Shirt or pants need a button ... Simple!! Don't wear and pick another pair of pants (buttons don't EVER fall off jeans) or a different shirt! Tedious work that button sewing stuff! ;-)

So I tried using an ARO head standard to test for those folks who are not rebuilding. Sorry, until those Chinese stuff those things with cotton, I just can't do it. Handled it for about an hour of testing, hung in there as long as I could. It works good, but silica and me just don't get along. Back to cotton. Stuck in a micro coil I built, 2 ohm and cotton.....SWEET!
