Yikes on the initial investment. I'll be in for 2 of them. You really should bump the price up a bit per unit to account for you time. :)

That would be against co-op rules. You cannot make any profit on any item offered in a co-op. Donations are also not allowed. The only extra cost you can add is shipping, labels and packing supplies.

Wow awesome stuff as usual. But I'm a bit confused, when the coop starts will it be the stemmed version or the stemless version?
Stem referring to the aro heads.
Thanks.

Either one will use the same heads. Just a matter of deciding which works best. There are three of us overdosing on nic putting em through the paces as we speak. I can say this, based on my observations so far, either one is a winner. :vapor:

Well, my apologizes for being so late with my first impressions. Some folks here know I am on a lot of meds for my back, they just happened to make me take a longer than usual nap this afternoon.

Let me echo my first words to Don after trying this the Sabot DDD. Ok, so I will have to edit them a little for the forum.

"OMG, this (edit) thing is unbelievable! I love my Billet Box again. You are going to flip over how well this thing vapes. I am more than impressed, which says a lot coming from me!"

To answer the earlier question, I can't imagine not going with the latest revisions. Anything we can change to lessen weight or unnecessary parts, to me is a good thing provided it doesn't lessen vapor or flavor.

Anyway, much more to come, just wanted to get my first impressions up, also more pics too.

10-4 on that, so yet to be determined. I rebuild all mine with vertical micro coils / cotton packed. So it no not matter to me.

Just my thoughts on that. Always used vertical micro coils too. But due to the amount of condensation being left in the upper section of the tube (talking condor version), I wondered if the large vertical micro coils I was making would allow that condensation to leak out. Now Big Screen D uses smaller micro coils, and probably wouldn't matter. So I switched to horizontal.

Oh yeah, the latest rev would also do away with the silicone washer that partially covers the wick. So some of the test I plan to do is remove that on the version I have. If the silicone washer (donut...whatever) doesn't really affect juice flow and is not needed, seems to me that the latest rev with built in ARO cup would be the route to go. Also don't know if these cups ever change from make to make, so that would be another thing to look into before deciding. Anyway, just my thoughts.

Top of the stem, and the hole it goes into.

This is the now empty tank with a simulated SABOT DDD, no stem version. Never been able to vape down the entire tank with the Condor stem in the repurposed carto tank rig without having to dump at least some juice out of the top tube once below half empty. Vaped perfectly from full to empty with that GD stem drilled out.

Right. I use 30AWG in my Diver V1/2, because 28 is just too hard to fit with enough wraps to keep the resistance high enough. And I'm well aware of the amp limitation of the BB, but even 5.5V and 3A is 16.5W theoretically. I'm sure no one would run a Protank/ARO head at that wattage, which is why I was asking. :) I'm generally around 12-ish watts with a Kayfun.
