Evod help

Hey everyone!!

I'm ordering a 7 pack of knockoff Evod clearomizers from fasttech so I can vape the more acidic juices without concern, and I was wondering if someone could direct me(link please) to where and what replacement parts I should get for them.

That's a good clearomizer, but it's a plastic tank inside a metal sleeve - not meant for the acidic juice problem!
I think what you need is a ProTank - which is Pyrex glass - in order to be fully safe for those juices.

The real one is here, and there seems to be a new knockoff available here.

Well that stinks...I really DO NOT like the pro tank at all, a little airy and just bulky looking. Do I have any other options to solve this issue besides just the pro tank?

I was nervous about ordering a "knockoff" from them, so I ordered only 1 - it works GREAT. They sell a 10 pack too for 24 dollars and some change...which I will be buyin They sell a protank too if you want to have a non-breakable tank.

$6.92 - holy sweet jesus...hahaha. This one doesn't come with any extra coil/atomizer things but if you want to just try it out on the cheap to see if you like it...you're not gunna beat that price.

I'm using one of those "fake EVODs" from fasttech right now. Not leaking, working fine. The paint can rub off the real ones too if you manhandle them. Also, I have used ALL SORTS of juices in mine without leaking, cracking, or clouding. If you want a protank or knockoff, get ONE for the real talk cracker juices and use the EVODs for the rest. If you don't like the airy draw of the protank, use an EVOD head on the protank.

Yes I am buying ego batteries which is the 5 pack deal on fasttech, I just want to make sure it is compatible with the Evod since it says something about adapters, and has a picture of battery threading, which I am still new to understand thoroughly. I am vaping a knockoff ego CE battery and have had absolutely NO issues with it and my knockoff CE4's and CE5 clearomizers. I always go the cheap route to try a product for the first time, so if I do not like it, I am not out a bajillion dollars that I don't have. Also I am NOT a heavy vaper, I go through 10ML's in 2-3 weeks.

Sorry - not an expert, as I'm not vaping those corrosive juices.
But I haven't seen other glass clearos mentioned much - I'm sure you can find a few threads here on it if you search around though!!

I didn't know the airy draw could be fixed that way, definitely something I will try. Can't beat the knockoff prices for something you're just trying out anyways. I'm still learning about which juices are the main tank busters, so I am sure I will have a few leaks, cloudiness, and breaks by the time I get the list of plastic eating juices going on lol. Has anyone used the knockoff pro tank with success?

Tank crackers tend to be heavy on citrus, clove, cinnamon, sodas, and boozy flavors. Here's a list from Mt. Baker:

Thanks! I think I will add 2 of the pro tank knockoff's to my shopping cart, one for me and one for the hubby just in case. I have seen that list, and I just put in an order at MBV and will likely use them as my main source for juice. They seem to have quite a large list, but I also know that it is a 50-50 chance either way and whoever you are and what ever tank(besides glass) you are vaping from. I like a lot of the fruity flavors and soda flavor's, and hubby likes menthol, boozy flavors and the soda flavors as well. Thanks for the help!! And I hope your knockoff pro tank experience is a good one. At these prices, if things don't work out and you don't like it, you could just have them around for the oh ..... purposes.

Always have backups for backups right? And FWIW, I have ordered 4 times from FT. Only one issue (they forgot to send 3 of the EVODs in my package) and they are very efficient about customer service. I am pleased with them, except for the waiting (but that's on me.)

I'm not too concerned about knockoff's lol I am using an Ego knockoff kit now and it has been my best friend since I got it in the mail. If I find that I like the Evod's and have an issue with the cheap one's, then I may explore my US options, but until then, I will stick with the cheap route, as long as they work and they keep me away from analog's then I'm fine. Articus- Half of everything we buy IN the US is made from China and other countries anyways, only difference is that the US jacks the prices up way more than buying it from the source.

The Evods work on a standard ego battery just fine. It is what they were made for. No adapter or cone is necessary.

Yes, you will have problems.
510 battery need EGO adapter, after that you will have problems with connection and fake evod will not fire.
Fake evod coil will leak and taste bad.
Battery will loose paint randomly, power buttons will stuck.
In few months couple batteries will quit working.
Good luck sending it back and pay like $20 shipping.
Order in USA, order authentic stuff... just few backs more...
