Ive stretched them further than 50/50....to about 70/30 no leaks...thats pretty thin liquid.
the only thing I'd change is they screw on pretty tight...I'd put a grip surface on the collar for leverage.
some have been desigtned that way...not all, not the BCC....so its a bit dodgy to grab. im NOT complaining.

I didn't read all of the pages, but these are NOT 2ml tanks. They're 1.6.

If you're adding more than 1.5 to 1.6, your asking for e-juice in the mouth. The draw is slightly more airy than some of the throwaway clearomizers I've used, but they're built well and they perform well. I bought another one today and have two more en route.

It's the best tank I've used yet and the replacement heads are cheaper than bar beer.

The only thing that keeps me for using Evods more is concern over using plastic-cracking flavors like citrus, root beer, cola, in other words, most of my favorite liquids.

Id imagine root beer and cola wouldnt be an issue. They arent the cheap plastic, but some really harsh stuff causes the tip to break off. I have some lime mixes i might try in one, but im scared!

I just tweeked my evod for the first time. I was changing juice so I pulled the little cover off the coil removed the one wick and I saw the coils were really close to the side. I used tweezers and pushed them more towards the center. Did a dry burn, primed the wicks put them back in place and reassembled. Now it works so good!!! I am glad I checked before changing heads. Saved me a head at least for a little while.

IMHO- "Cheaper that bar beer"...I toss the used ones into a glass jar with distilled water, hoping to do some housecleaning over the w/e.
:) Best Bang for the buck, HOWEVER...
its a bit confusing to the Noob for the glass peek window going so far above the actual fill mark??
or high-tide. Maybe that's all there is to the "leak", overfill.
IBCR MEdia- How many batt's are you keeping up & ready?
I'm just thinking i need a minimal 3 of these evod set ups at all times, just "in case".

I believe ohms + 2 is the rule of thumb for ideal voltage. Disclaimer: someone said it on here[/QUOTE!

thank you!

um,,,,,,,,,,just a silly question,,,,,how do you tell the 1.8 ohms head from the 2.4 ohms head ???? are they different colors or marked somehow??

For one, when you order, you can chose which ohms you want...but if you are like me, you kind of toss all your heads in a container and have to look at each one to see what's what....so...when you are looking at the head, there will be an etching of the ohms..depends on what brand heads..but like with the Viva Nova, it's etched there around the wicks in the metal..with the Protank and Evods, it will be etched under the wicks, in that part of the metal...kind of hard to explain. THEN..You can also do like me, and buy a 5 pack replacment heads for the Evods from a Vendor...supposed to have been Kanger brand Evod heads...but guess not, because when I got them in, the had no markings at all on them...so the only way to know the real reading of the ohms, is by testing it on a MOD that reads them, or a multimeter. Those heads were supposed to be 2.2 ohms..but so far, they are all testing around 2.7. Which is OK.

The Voltage chart posted in that other post, you should save that..really comes in handy!

LOL, thank you! I wasn't worried about telling in the package so much as telling when it was ON the EVOD. I'll look for the etching, thank you :)
