I may (or may not) have discovered something amiss. I decided to leave that little black AC ring off as I don't use it and sometimes it ends up closed when re-installing the box. So with it off I noticed that I could see the edge of the bottom o-ring of the Boro box. Tomorrow I'll change the o-ring on the bottom of the rba to something a little beefier. Going to examine the bottom of the box around the hole for any cling-ons as well.

Does it look like these, dwcraig1? Sure you can see the black o-ring, but it is up there a ways. I thought it sits in a groove and it shouldn't move from where it is at.

dwcraig1 BillW50 Thinking about it, that leaking was with me and the exocet. I also never used that lower airflow disc on mine on the exocet or Insider. I also put a drop of juice on my fingertip and prelubed all orings including the glass. I've also worried about the glass breaking and use a scrap piece of latex to get a bit of grip on it before pushing it open, and never got flooding, then again, in TC I vape till they're nearly empty or if I'm going out.
That liquid in the upper chamber and what you said makes perfect sense to me, and I remember being confused.
After all that now I'm left wondering

A condensation plug seemed to stop a lot of the wet behind the borro for me.
Which kind do you use? The simple front cover plate or the full on Twinings type. I have a simple front cover one, but never needed to use it.
Back in the beginning, from what I've read, for a stealthier vape one could cover those 3 air slits with a finger so all air was drawn from within the box, making it quieter. Both covers would negate that quieting option.
But back on topic, you think it's condensation and not a leak? I'd call what I saw a leak IMHO.

Edit: DW that's like the Twinings style. There are some fancier one's with different sized air openings to the 3 slits.

I twisted up some 28 ss430 and set up my 2nd Boro box to my liking this time. I grabbed the chamber barrel off my Subtank RBA because the new ones have smaller and higher juice ports. Changed the o-ring on the bottom of the RBA with a bit thicker one resulting in the collar being farther in it's o-ring. So now I'm using the 2nd Boro box but there was still no indication of leakage on the 1st one.
