So just how do you suppose they got out of balance?

In the past, juice in the JST was the culprit! This time the VT200 was dry. I didn't use this mod much for quite some time & the battery is a few years old! Besides that I have no clue?

Yes, the cells in the lipo are said to be identical. All from the same manufacturing lot and all. In battery speak, a married set. Ah... but as the cells ages, they start becoming unsimilar. Things like capacity, internal resistance, etc can become unsimilar. Just balance them again and keep an eye on the low voltage one. Hopefully it will be behaving properly once again.

So after a day of sitting the 2 low cells are low again I'l try again on the weekend when I can cycle that mod after I balance it. I'm not very optimistic, but hey you never know?

Any swelling? You might want to disconnect it from mod and see if it makes any difference although I kind of doubt it will.

No Swelling at all! it's a HCigar 1300mAH Lipo from the VT200, it looks perfect!

I will experiment more on the weekend, if it is dead? I'm hoping a Hana cell will fit in the VT? These VT's have been solid for ever now, I would be sad to see it go

I remember a thread at the Evolv forum about replacement batteries for the VT200. Any one remember what cells they were saying would fit? Maybe I'l buy a few new cells for the 2 VT's I have.

No Swelling at all! it's a HCigar 1300mAH Lipo from the VT200, it looks perfect!

Those HCigar 1300mAH lipos are really 900mAH lipos. And those Hana lipos are a perfect fit.

I know about the over rated mAH The VT battery looks wider & shorter, than the FullyMax.
if I could order a bigger mAH replacement that would fit, I could save the fully Max's for other mods.

Hey Steamer861, do you by any chance know of those drip tips used on the Dvarw's? My new favourite by far, and I wanna buy a bunch at FT.
I'm quite patient, and nearly bought 2 more Ammit 25's last night for $22 USD each. But I didn't. Today (after waiting over 6 months), a store by me decided to post a sale. Same store that had 3, 6 months ago, now had 2 at $15 each. I pick 'em up tomorrow.

@Steamer861, this is the one pictured charging cell #3. I measured it's length on the one that I have and got 68 mm (they state 70).
