You guys got me thinking that I should take a look at my Turnigy, it's getting some age on it now but not much use. Still solid. This was the 2nd DNA200 that I bought but the 3rd received because it took ages (pee order).

I ordered some cat flea repellent from Ebay, Cheristan, then got this message yesterday. Here's part of it.

"PLEASE REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE DIRECTLY FOR SOLUTION WITH PRIVILEGE which may avoid hassles of return for certain items.
Any case of 'Return the item' or ' item not received ' or Negative/Neutral feedback will complicate and slow down the process for a solution.
We always believe communication is the best and fastest way to solve a problem as our goal is to maintain 100% buyer satisfaction."

I can guarantee that if I have a problem with this seller that I will use the usual Ebay channels.

Turns out it’s my monitor. 32 inch Sony.

I never had good luck with Sony products. In fact, I can't think of any Sony products I still own. I also used to work at a repair center right out of the military and we did warranty work for all of the major brands. And Sony's were not repairable friendly. But no power is usually one of the easiest problems to repair. Might be something as simple as a fuse. Or a shorted rectifier diode (a power surge can take them out) that blows fuses. Anyway good luck. :)

Two thumbs up on Sony quality or rather the lack thereof.

The stupid thing has no buttons, just a remote! I guess if you misplace. The remote your SOL. :).

You know if the IR LED is doesn't light up on the remote, you're SOL. And our eyes can't see IR light, so that is no help. But some cameras can see IR at least partly. Like a cellphone camera. Take the remote and press buttons while aiming it at the camera. It should see flashes of (dim) light if it is working. Maybe all you need is a now remote or a new IR LED if you want to replace it. Might want to check the batteries in the remote first too. :)
