The fellow had a beef with a couple of security guards at the hospital about 3 blocks away. I think he stole the oxygen tank from there but he sure was mad at the arm of the hydraulic door closure.
The police officer just returned my flash drive and said the perp beat somebody at the hospital up real bad. There's a whole lot more to this story but I'm cutting it short.

That's a case for an auxiliary IR to illuminate the area around the door/building on the left. Fill that with a 7 watt IR and it'll look one heck of a lot brighter. If positioned right and with the right pattern, the IR in the camera can be shut off and that will keep bugs and spiders away from the camera as a side benefit.
The Youtube video isn't showing in my post with Google Chrome but does with Edge.
