Well it's a start, next they need to address the outrageous fee's the FDA is charging to get each product approved and they need to speed up the process. Priority should be given to existing vape manufacturers, BT should take a back seat. I bet people would rather spend their money with vape manufacturers rather then give any more to BT. Really, they need to take any no-nic juice and all vape gear off the "tobacco products list." Only juice containing nic and devices sold pre-loaded with nic juice should be regulated. I do agree nic juice needs to meet safety standards.

I agree KTM, I've seen the violent actions and rhetoric of the far left shift the thinking of several of my Dem friends. It's not what they or the majority want to see so the far left may be loosing more constituents than they are gaining.
I have to admit though, I didn't watch the vid. Hate to start my day ...... off. ;)

I love Tucker Carlson. When I first saw him a couple of years ago (with a bowtie) I thought he was a typical liberal .......... He is much more of an honest reporter than most of the mainstream talking heads. I don't think he leans either way but his new show is awesome because he bring on batsht crazy people and laughs in their face.

He gives these fools a platform and does not place them on the defensive by confusing them with facts. They have utterly no reality and reasonable facts thrown in their face would be much more effective. He and Hanninty seem to be only ones even trying anymore though.

Heard on the news this morning that more and more illegal aliens from Mexico are being deported; mainly ones with a criminal history. They went on to say that illegals without a criminal background may not be deported if pulled over for a traffic offense.
That begs the questions, Isn't it a federal offense to enter this country illegally? Don't they have a criminal history from that alone?

He just laughs in their face and calls them out when they go too far. I think he does a pretty good job being impartial but he does get some crazy guests. Hannity and O'Reilly are talk show hosts, not quite journalists and they don't claim to be. They'll still call out Trump or any other republican if they do something stupid.

They're overlooking being here illegally and focusing on felony charges while they're here. It's funny that the alt-left don't even vet the criminals they're propping up for their cause. The mother of 2 was convicted of identity theft and the DACA kid is a gangbanger.

I don't know why the right is so adamant on kicking all illegals out. If they're here and haven't committed a crime and are productive members of society, we should give them a path to citizenship. There definitely needs to be some compromise on both sides.

Silly you, we can't let little things like federal laws get in the way of "compassion." I mean, they're already here so..... we'll call em "undocumented" not "illegals", I know it's easy to get confused. Let em jump the line ahead all those who have followed the laws, waited and come here legally, it's the right thing to do. ;)

That's an oxymoron isn't it? If they are here illegally they have already committed a crime. They also already have an avenue to obtain legal residence/citizenship; the same as my daughter in law used. She chose to go through the proper channels as can the rest that desire to be here imo.

Yes but entering the US illegally is overlooked. The problem is that they're already here. We can't deport every illegal immigrant. Sounds good and we should but logistically, it's not feasible. Giving those here citizenship does slap the faces of those that did it legally (like me and my family). I didn't say there was an easy or fair solution but there needs to be compromise.
