The 3 cell is only 3$ more, I got the vt250s myself on Father's Day, took 6 business days. Saw some video in YouTube of a bad 2 cell panel, I got the yellow one and I guess I got lucky. Works flawlessly so far.

I have never been a fan of 3 18650 mods, just too big & heavy to carry around.
I would never need more than 167 watts & would rather carry a spare set of batteries than have the big heavy mod.

So I ordered a Therion 75C on 6/10. Shipping in 5 days. Goes to restocking for a few days. Gets pushed back another 10 days. Then restocking again for a few days. Now another 11 days. Cancelled and ordered a different finish/cover that ships in 7 days. If it doesn't ship on 7/13, I'm cancelling.
